I tried to order with the cashier, and he started to input it into his kiosk at the counter, but then pointed at the self-serve kiosk behind me. He explained I could order my food that way, and he wasn't allowed to place my order. I asked him if I would still be able to pay with cash, and he said yes, that he could take the money and give me change, but he couldn't place the order.It was a very disappointing experience. After we got our food, I asked if the establishment had any other utensils besides a fork. I after all ordered pintos and cheese, and needed a spork. Unfortunately, after asking two employees, someone who understood what I was asking for told me they did not. (Insert eyeroll)

I like this branch. The beltway at Red Bluff. They're always fast and the food has always been hot and fresh.Parking: Always plenty of parking. I'm glad there's two entrances and exits.Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicapped parking right in front of the restaurant. I walk with a cane and I haven't had any problems entering or leaving.

My wife ordered some food through drive-through and some of the food was missing. I came up to get the food that was missing and they honored it with no questions asked thank you so much Taco Bell you’re the best.

Weve gone here so many times and we’ve always gotten the chalupa combo but recently we decided to dine in instead of just going through drive thru and we asked the lady if we could change the burrito in the $5 cravings box for a taco and she said no but then she went at the back and gave us 2 chalupas and 3 tacos for just 7 bucks !! She was no nice she was this short girl with really pretty eyelashes and her name was Katia or something like that. Y’all need to give her a raise she was so nice!!
Who ever working the drive threw here does not listen when some one ask meat and cheese only on their order like I shouldn’t have to look at my order or anything to make sure it’s right they should have it right the first time and literally my girl friend went back because if I would have went back I would have blew up on all of them because they even messed them up again when she went back and said meat and cheese only they still added lettuce and tomatoes they need new management or something.
