That is too bad about all of the bad reviews.Thankfully I have not had a bad experience and like the food here WAY BETTER than Taco Bell. I feel like this food is even healthier than Taco Bell. I have had the crispy beef tacos. I just recently tried the fish taco and loved the dipping sauce. With that same order I had the taco salad which was excellent. I come here like once month or so.

More like taco no Bueno. I ordered a #1 & #8. On my number eight I asked for my tacos to be meat and cheese only. And of course all they did was just take the tomatoes off. The crispy taco shell was stale taco meat is dry. The chicken quesadilla was bland hardly no flavor and also dry. Which how they messed that up with so much cheese I don’t know but I do appreciate the amount of cheese and product it was actually in all the items. My husband said that the bean burrito taste decently. I don’t understand what makes it so complicated to do a taco with just meat and cheese it’s two items. As much as I hate Taco Bell at least their food has flavor and it’s not dry. And I almost forgot there’s salsa that comes in the 2 ounce little containers was puffed up because they were expired. And you could taste and smell the sourness. Disgusting

Holy hell that was bad. Not only were my expectations low beforehand, but it didn't even meet that. Had to repeat my order 3x and we still got overcharged 2 bucks! I haven't even made it to the food yet. Food was god awful (got the shrimp and fish tacos) then a $3 taco bell taco lol Disappointed AF. Oh, and no napkins to sweeten the deal after my crumbly taco disintegrated onto my shirt ? After thinking about it more, I came back to reduce from 2 to 1 STAR. They couldn't pay me to come back and eat there.

Every single time I have come back and tried again no matter the time of day there is something they are out of or they don't have. Which okay I absolutely understand but never do they tell me when I order or beffore I pay and always I have to settle. When I ask how does this keep happening I get met with an extreme attitude and asked do I want my food or not. I don't buy a few tacos either I buy at least 2 party packs everytime. I am just not sure if I wanna keep dealing with it but the food I can get is at least good. The problem is not a time has my order come out right and the attitude I am met with is oh well this is how we did it while the girl has her airpods hanging out of her ears. Then when I ask when the GM is in she says I guess in the mornings. Then when I get home the tacos are half broken and barely have any filling but what is there is ice cold same as the rest of the food.

First time my wife and I have tried eating at Taco bueno and we loved it! Quick service, good food , and great clean environment for the family. Recommend a margarita machine. Overall would say try it and see for yourself.....would not regret it .

Entered the side door at 545 pm on a Friday night. One car in the parking lot. No one was in the drive thru.There was no one inside of the restaurant.I waited at the counter and didn’t see any employees. After about 2 minutes, I moved to the left side of the counter and an employee is slowly moving to the front. It’s very obvious she’s been on her phone, as it’s still in her hand and she continues to use it as she finally gets to the counter. No greeting at all.Since this is my first visit , I try to study the menu and decide that my ordering the Bueno Box, allows me to try a few items. I didn’t understand that choices , but after I asked she indicated muchachos was a pita bread taco. (Seemed strange but okay.)First impression of the restaurant was it was open, well light and clean. Tables were all clean, trash not overflowing.After I placed my order she gave me a cup. Self service sold machine, with the basic drinks.Next to the drink area was a salsa condiment bar, with signs on it. It was very clean and modesty filled. Onions were not fresh, had turned a funny color, a sign indicated Cilantro, none was found on the bar.The two salsas were tasty. The sliced jalapeños were fantastic.Cups and lids were provided. Plastic ware and napkins, salt and pepper was readily available.The music playing was a mix of Latino and dance songs, both in English and Spanish.I didn’t time how long my food took to arrive, but It felt like it was an adequate wait time.The food was hot and presented well.Overall, the cleanliness is my lasting impression.Much cleaner than other places that serve the same type of Mexican fast foods..Restaurant 3/5Employees 2/5Management 3/5Food taste 4/5Overall 3/5.

***This location specifically***Love taco bueno, been going for years to Conroe and other locations. BUT HERE? Customer service sucked was trying to ask questions on menu items and would get cut off in the middle of asking. Don't bother asking for substitutes they'll tell you no or they aren't allowed. Waste of a drive.
I have time today. First time ordering - never again. Received super stale chips. Ordered through DoorDash. I ordered large chips and guacamole for $5.70 AND a bag of chips for $1.15. I received two small fry sized bags of unauthentic tortilla chips (see picture for size comparison to a regular beverage can) of stale chips - taste like Tostitos but Tostitos are better because at least you get a decent amount and they aren’t stale. A nasty bean and cheese burrito that tasted like those frozen burritos you get at the gas station and churros that tasted like they had been sitting ALL DAY. Whoever the owner is.. you might want to check in on this location or maybe all locations.. can’t imagine there would be too many with trash food like this. DoorDash gave me a full refund.

Haven't eaten here in over 25yrs. It was as good as I remember for fast food. Good selection of menu items, great prices, food was hot n fresh, small Pico bar. Manager was very professional, courteous, helpful, & made us feel at home! Will go back!

I was looking forward to trying taco bueno but let me tell you. I was highly disappointed. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and it was nasty. The flour tortilla was heated up in the microwave “barely”. The precooked rice felt like it was from the freezer platters they have at Mi tienda. I was excited I even paid with a coupon thinking it was a great deal. Anyways please don’t go here. It was really bad.

Came here to eat with my family. It seemed like the lady running the store I believe her name was grace. Didn't want to be there. She seemed to be in a rather bad mood and mad it obvious to all the staff and customers. Yelling and screaming at employees and customers doesn't exactly seem to be manager behavior. As long as this lady works in this store I won't be returning even if she isn't in the store that day. She really ruined the impression I got from this establishment.
