Unable to give a rating at all for this establishment. Very disappointing recent visit, after driving out of my way to order food from TC. No one addressed my presence and had me standing at the register waiting to order while the employees stood in eye view talking and carrying on about personal stuff. They knew I was standing there looking at them but looked away and continued their conversation. A worker even walked out passed me from the kitchen area to tend to what looked like a relative eating in the dining area. I waited there long enough feeling like I was not a worthy paying costumer before walking out. It's a shame that employees like this can bring down the reputation of a restaurant. I know I am not the only customer that has encountered this behavior at this restaurant. What does it say for the Taco Cabana franchise that one of the 2 women that were talking was the manager/supervisor in charge. Wow. I lost respect for this restaurant and will never return to the Red Bluff/Beltway 8 in Pasadena, Texas.

Went around 430ish on 12/22 and it was not a good experience. My tacos (3 street taco meal) were bare. VERY VERY VERY little meat literally 3 pieces with mountains of onion & cilantro. I was also suppose to get chips and queso and SURPRISE they were missing in action. I also got the carne asada fries and again VERY VERY VERY little meat and they were drowning in a puddle of liquid. This location is trash and has gone downhill. 10/10 WOULD NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
went to drive thru order food tacos and fajita nachos on 12-17 7pm . Nachos had stale chips more beans than meat . no care was given when they prepared this. everything was clumped to one side
