Food is great but the guy at the counter is rude and plays religious music on the tv LOUD. We asked him if he could turn it down a little bit and he got upset. He gave us an ugly attitude the rest of our stay. We won’t be coming back.

The young women who serve you are very rude and when you talk to place an order, don't even mention it and one of the cooks didn't have gloves, very bad service and so they want a tip.

I got food poisoning from here and was on the toilet for 24 hours. I do not recommend it at all.

The food is great honestly and I used to come here for years since they open but ever since they changed the staff and the staff are horrible and they treat you like crap they always have an attitude and over charger you even for taking a lid home or salsa Its not worth it because they only argue with you

First time I go and because they served a large table they charged me almost 6 dollars, knowing that my sister and I paid separately and my daughter and I were at a separate table, and it is not 6 dollars but not even in the most well-known restaurants they do that
I'm not coming back!

I must of came in on a bad day or something. The cashier was rude and the burger grossed me out because the avocado had black spots all over it.

I love the food at this place, there are negative comments that are so out of place, people complaining about everything, I was there when a customer treated the waitress badly and then they review here, the waiters are not slaves nor should they allow themselves to be humiliated. We have to stop normalizing that the client is right when they are not and they behave rudely. I say this because I saw it and I was there.

Super bad customer service. I thought it was just me but looking at the reviews they must really need to change staff if they want to keep customers coming.
I have been going to this place for 3 years. Today was a bad day the front register girls were rude. They gave us charro beans without the BEANS. They didn’t want to switch them. I understand is “complementary “ with the order. However if you want to serve charro beans please add the main ingredient.

This restaurant used to be so good as in customer service the other waitresses were so nice but there has been this one waitress that always gives an attitude everytime we go. The food is good but the service lately sucks. When we ask a question she answers a smary remark. And it isn't just us she's like this to we watched as each customer came in trying to ask a question and she rolls her eyes. It's simple if you don't like working there don't be rude to your customers.
