This would be last time i step a foot in this place, my family and i went to this restaurant around 5pm because of the promotions that we saw on facebook plus the Dj ,we thought we’d had a good chill time but boy was that not the case.. There were people in the bar drinking and screaming aggressively. I thought this was a family friendly establishment but after what me family and i saw i don’t think so. The food and service was great, but not the environment i believe the owner should be more careful with who lets inside her business.

Ate here with my wife and kids today 9/28/24, we sat at our table for a bit before a young woman came up to take our drink orders and had out menus, already from the get she had a bad attitude, so as time goes on she brings us our drinks and chips but no salsa, that we had to wait maybe 5 more minutes for, food comes out and we all ate, food and price was fantastic but when it came time to pay our waitress took her sweet time in getting us our bill, if it wasn’t for the reasonably priced food then this would be a one star, a quick message to the owner, please hire some help that will make your restaurant more inviting

Nastiest Arandas I've ever been to,.. tortillas are not even hand made,caldo de res taste like water soup meat from the caldo was hard ,..just all around nasty 🤮 I'll just have to drive to Houston to eat at Arandas never here

I've been going to this establishment with my family for about 4 to 5 months. Today was the final straw. Our waitress was off the bat had a passive aggressive attitude I tried to keep the peace and play it off and be nice. Our food was given to us the salsa tasted like fridge. I had the California burrito and all the vegetables tasted like fridge it was disgusting. MARIANA is not a good waitress she needs an attitude adjustment. I know people go through so much but to act like every request was a hassle and she threw a finger up too me like I was a child.. I brought it up to the "managers" and they didn't know who was gonna deal with my formal complaint and nothing was done just a "sorry". Horrible establishment I would give 0 stars if I could...

I ate it cuz that's what I ordered. Everything tasted like fridge your soup tasted like fridge your salsa tasted like fridge maybe I'll give a call to a health inspector.. Marianna must be apart of your circle the way you're getting defensive she was passive aggressive meaning she had snide remarks and the way she was acting I'm not gonna waste my time and make this up about someone like what is the point of that. Need to really look at your restaurant and take some criticism instead of getting in your feelings.. why are you making things up? About my behavior? Me making a formal complaint is reason to speculate my behavior? I wasn't acting like anything? If my behavior was so bad why didn't you say anything since you were there and how come you didn't make it right? All you are doing is deflecting and not trying remedy the situation due to your cognitive dissonance. Do Better. Ya I ate it all it was the only lunch I had to before I had to work. Very disappointed..
