I’m one of the psychos in the world that eats chicken at a roadhouse/steakhouse because I don’t like steak. Wasn’t expecting the chicken to be good but it honestly was and I was pretty satisfied with it. Service and atmosphere was also great. Definitely recommend.

Service was good. Food was meh. Steak salad wasn't as described on the menu. The kid cheeseburger looked like the cheese was plastic. Wasn't wowed by the food.

My family's recent dinner at the Pasadena Texas Roadhouse was a complete letdown due to exceptionally poor service and food quality. Our server’s low energy set a negative tone from the start, and they repeatedly forgot items we requested. The main issue arose when my steak arrived: it was unbelievably dry, perhaps the worst I've ever been served. While the server acknowledged the issue and took it back, the replacement process was a nightmare, taking about 20 minutes—far too long—and they still forgot a side dish when it finally came out.
The entire experience was a frustrating mess that culminated in a manager call and a discounted bill. The combination of sloppy service, an overcooked steak, and slow resolution makes this location one to avoid. Honestly, I would advise others to drive the extra 10 minutes to the Friendswood location, where the service is reliably much better. This particular Pasadena location is done in my book.

I have been eating at this Texas Roadhouse for at least 20 years & have been extremely satisfied with the high quality of food. Service is always great! The quality of steaks has been better than lots of very high dollar exclusive steak houses, until, roughly, the last year. Something has changed in the kitchen. My steaks have consistently had a section that is gristle & cannot be chewed, so I spit it out. It's embarrassing when I have to do that, but I'm not going to swallow gristle. The sirloin steaks are cut unusually thick now, not thin, like they used to be. My alternative choice, pork chops, are now cooked to be firm & dry when they used to be soft & juicy. Whatever changed in the last year, would you please change it back? Sides that I order are always excellent, but steaks & pork chops are not. I miss having a steakhouse nearby where I can go & enjoy a nice meal without any negative surprises. Thank you for all of your sincere efforts, but would you please double check those steaks & pork chops as they're being served.

Very loud and very busy. They turn tables quickly so the service suffers especially with large groups. The food was good.

We came for a lunch date as first timers and OMG. We will definitely be back and next time with the family. The customer service was amazing and the food was good. I was surprised by how kind everyone was.

Waited 30 minutes only to get turned down an extra table, because 6 people didn't want to squeeze into one booth, and we have to have the whole party there, just to get seated, don't let them lose a dollar of sales over some empty seats, for crying out loud. I was excited about going to celebrate my daughter's bday, but that was short lived !!!!!!!

My family took me to the Texas roadhouse for my birthday on Sunday, 23 November. The food was good surprisingly crowded for a Sunday afternoon. Our server was overwhelmed. She would not take time enough to listen to our complete order some of the items that we ordered were brought out to us and served to us incomplete. The white staff needs more period. I would still go there again, but I would make sure that I had a better waitress or waiter. It’s like nobody wants to work anymore. They just wanna stay at home or take it easier. But our waitress was just overwhelmed with too many people again. They need to increase their white staff, but I would recommend this location and like I said I plan on going there again.
