First time today and the Burgers were seasoned very good and customer service was great. The fried Oreos were so good too. And my strawberry refresher was tasty as well. I’ll just make sure to ask for light ice next time. The environment was nice as well. Good vibes. I will be back :)

My family and I were looking for somewhere to eat dinner and found this place online. The reviews were good so we decided to visit. They did not disappoint at all, this place was outstanding we ate every crumb 😂 and were wishing we had one in Anna TX where we live. I highly recommend visiting this place

Ordered from here for a company lunch. Unfortunately, the chicken was rubbery and tough. The burgers have no flavor. Fries taste stale like if they were sitting in oil. Customer service wasn’t great either I felt hated on since we had a big order. Only thing that actually tasted pretty good was their Cinnamon Toast milk shake. Other than that we will not be ordering here again.

Went in the neighborhood scoop for the first time after planning to check it out for few months. Service, employees and atmosphere were beyond amazing. And I ordered the triple cheese burger with bacon( homemade patties, huge burger, and taste great) and friedoreos. Then you can slide to the neighborhood store(gas station same familyowners) next door and fill up etc. My new favorite spot for sure.

I noticed that workers do not regularly use gloves. Only saw 1 employee with a pair of gloves on. Going from touching money to working on my shake was disgusting in my opinion. Also, for a smaller establishment, my 1 shake took 15+ minutes to get ready and there was only 1 other customer. Employees were openly on their phone and when I brought it up I was given an attitude. There doesn’t really seem to be a manager either, it’s all just a bunch of moody high schoolers.

Delicious burgers for a reasonable price. I don’t know what type of magic or wrapping methods they use for keeping their food warm for a long time, but i was shocked & impressed that my burger wasn’t soggy & still really warm & fresh when I got home! I live in La Porte, and The Neighborhood Scoop was definitely worth the drive
