We were really looking forward to trying Tropical Chill Shaved Ice, but unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations. The ice wasn’t very fluffy it was more like crushed ice and the flavors tasted watered down. The service also felt a bit rushed, and the overall presentation just didn’t match the hype. Sadly, we won’t be back.

It would’ve been 5 stars but it’s cash only. No cashapp, Zelle, or Apple Pay is accepted. It’s a cute spot & it’s now become my favorite raspa place to go to. The ice is super shaved which is hard to find in my opinion at a refresqueria and they have a variety of flavors.

Good place to get a shaved ice snowcone (raspas).PROS: They recently introduced sugar free flavors, for all of us watching our sugar intake. Prices are very reasonable. They also have other snacks to choose from.Cons: One window to service customers & cash only
