Came in extremely disappointed. First-ever Waffle House visit and it was calm, quiet, and honestly giving IHOP energy. I thought the internet had lied to me.
Then the universe corrected itself. Two women started arguing over a man who looks like he calls everyone “ma” and still owes child support in two counties. Voices escalated, a chair moved three inches (threateningly), and someone yelled “THIS IS WHY” with zero explanation. The cook never stopped flipping hash browns. A customer ordered a waffle mid-argument.
Someone filmed vertically. Someone else cheered. Syrup was refilled.
I finally understood the brand. Five stars. Breakfast and immersive theater. Will be returning!

Why is it the same girl i see every time doing things while other people are doing nothing? This morning I came in to eat, and my server, Matty, was running around busy, cleaning, clearly stressed out, and the other servers are doing nothing but on their phones? I hope she gets the praise that she deserves, because the only thing I could give was a big tip. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!!
