They didn't have decaffeinated coffee and it was very cold, the prices were also somewhat high... the staff was very attentive and friendly.

highly disappointed. came here tonight on 2/10/25 and made a family order, the girl who took the order was literally rushing me, when I got to the window she had my order wrong. when I told her that it was wrong & needed to be fixed, she said she fixed it & told me 34$, took my card yet still charger me 37$ for an extra item that I clearly told her to take off! I then told her about her mistake & she closed the window on me. came back & stayed they fixed it & will be back on my card in a couple days, which i know is a lie! & when I got my order I checked everything & there was no fries, told her about it and she went & got fries & say here. her attitude was horrible & the way I was treated was horrible. all I can say is coming to this location pls check everything & make sure you are being charged the right thing.

Place is ok. My beef is with Wendys icky food. Wendys chicken sandwich was very good 10 years ago. Y’all ruined it then & it’s worse now;Mine was lukewarm, gross n chewy and 6 bucks plus tax. I think the frozen chicken patties in a bag from the store are better, which is kinda sad. Hamburger was ok but I only got it too cuz I knew the chicken was gonna be sub par & what I really wanted was a hamburger from another place which hasn’t sold out yet but I wanted a quick, in my pj’s, drive & this place was closer. Don’t get me started on your fries :( I still run into peop’s who miss your old golden fries too. So so sad. I feel bad for younger generations getting gross fast food and not knowing they got ripped. The choco chunk cookie was good but I’m sure y’all will eventually “try new things” and mess it up eventually.

I have to post this. I went late through drive thru and my order was somehow mixed up. Drinks were correct but I got wrong order which I wasn't too upset because they were SOOOOO busy. I didn't check until home so which was my fault . I called back and the girl was so nice and took my name and even have me the option to go back if I wanted to and they would remake it. I went back the next day at lunch and the Manager was so NICE!! they replaced my order and quick! Y'all their customer skills are GREAT! NOT ONE PERSON WAS RUDE FROM THE EVENING BEFORE TO THE NEXT DAY!!! I appreciate that so much!

Night shift staff is rude. They didn't give me a portion of my order and gave me absolute hell for trying to get it. I ended up throwing it away because I felt like they tampered with it. I'm an older dude so I was polite the entire time and they still messed with me for really no reason. Go to a different location, even if it's a few extra miles. Not worth the trouble coming to this location.
The burgers are the size of dollar McDonald's burgers and they are charging 11 plus dollars for the meals. Ordered the number 2 baconator had to give it back. 2 tiny microwaved half bacon steps and the thinnest burger patty. Seriously the McDonald's McDoouble is bigger.

Two workers, Giselle and Juan, were very rude. They had me repeat my order multiple times, kept getting things wrong after correcting them, and when I got to the window and paid, noticed they didn't put half of my food on the order. I was very polite, but they still gave me an attitude. Once I got my food, everything was wrong. They either gave me items that were completely different from what I asked for, forgot multiple items, and once again gave me an attitude when I asked for the items to be corrected. Horrible service.

Came by at 2 pm through the drive thru, wanted to order a pineapple frosty, the one shown with vanilla ice cream. Girl asks vanilla or chocolate, but we say the pineapple frosty, went on about two more times,we just pulled up to the window and tell her we don't want the chocolate don't want vanilla, we want the pineapple frosty as is. ( Who orders chocolate with pineapple?) We ordered four frosties, didn't give us a tray nor the receipt ?

Food was ok kinda tasted weird, the drink seemed off and warm even tho it had ice so maybe there drink machine isn’t working properly since it should already be cold before putting ice , but also when I was entering I saw a worker taking out trash with there apron on which is against food safety standards so I probably wouldn’t eat there again
