EVERY TIME!!! I come to this location without fail even if there is no one else in the drive thru they will tell you to pull up. As someone that has worked in the food industry this is the biggest scam ever they want their wait time low so their store gets better numbers. That’s not how that works. It’s never simply just to get the next person in line. NEVER pull up in drive thru.

Came here at 11:30 am during a Friday. There was no one in the drive thru lane so I figured the food would either be fresh and hot or cold and stale. It was cold and stale. Had a real simple order. Bacon double stack, fries, and nuggets. Everything was cold and soggy. Meaning they made this at least 20 mins ago and it was just sitting there because the employees are too lazy too make fresh food or the owner is too cheap to serve their customers fresh food. Either way I will not be coming back. STOP CHARGING RIDICULOUS PRICES FOR CRAPPY FOOD!!!!!!! 🥴🥴🥴🥴

Ordered a Spicy Chicken combo with a lemonade. Of course they ask do you want anything else. And my wife stated yes a frosty and and a junior cheeseburger. So we get our order and what do we get. A spicy chicken combo with a frosty as the drink and no junior cheeseburger. I would highly recommend if you order from this Wendy's, that you have the person taking your order read it back to you. Unfortunately, we just assumed the person taking the order got it right after asking what else, and we answered those questions. But thats not what happened.

i have eaten at many Wendy's with no issues but the one at 4104 spencer is plain horrible had a issue the smarty pants working the window who was rude would not get the manager said she didn't speak English which was total lie(she spoke to her in English) LOL
the Southmore location isn't any better called the district manager Mr Pena who is over both stores but cant seem to fix this problem spend your money elsewhere folks like Whataburger
