I went last week to pick up 2 orders from mine and my hubs app. After waiting behind two cars I get to the window and tell them my pickup orders to which the guy tells me oh ok just go ahead and pull to the front and we’ll bring it out. I’m thinking after waiting behind these cars five minutes surely it’s ready. I ordered at 8:21, got to the window at 8:26 and didn’t receive my food until 8:36. Not to mention…I had to walk inside to get it and when I did a female supervisor/shiftleader/manager saw me, knew I came in to get my orders (one of which was still not ready) and still didn’t apologize or show any ounce of care whatsoever. My food was ice cold, my husbands fries were ice cold and his nuggets were just cooked. So out of 4 items we ordered one was hot. I’ve been here before and had hot, fresh food and the ppl at the window have all been professional but this was a pretty bad experience and the attitude I received for their mistakes is poor customer service.

First off it is 100° outside, so i figured id come in and eat so i could cool off in the A/C but upon entering the establishment i doscovered it was 88° in the lobby. They told us it would take a few minutes before they could make my order because they were in the process of switching to lunch from breakfast (which is fine, i dont mind) but when i get my food the fries are stale and lukewarm. If youre switching from breakfast to lunch theres no reason the fries shouldnt be hot and crispy...this experience has been subpar, i will definitely think twice before eating here again.

Was a little disappointed in my visit today. Lobby was very hot. Service was very good but my single hamburger had so much sauce on it that it was dripping at every bite. Very messy. Have not ate a Wendy's in awhile because there are none near me. Hoping this was just a bad day for them and not the norm.

If you want to order something and pay for it but get the kid version of the meal instead this is your place to go. Either they don’t know the menu or they don’t think people know the difference. If you want Wendy’s just make the drive and choose a different location because this one is not it trust me.

So I don’t know if their employees think that people can’t count or they were that stupid. I got eight nuggets and one of them was spicy if you’re that lazy and don’t want to do your job. Find a new job. Apparently, it won’t let me Show a picture. And they were thrown into the bag. None of them were in the little box that they’re supposed to be in. We pay too much money for fast food crap to be done like this. Won’t be coming back! So looking back at the reviews, apparently it’s their thing to throw in one spicy nugget. Just trash ass employees.

We had ordered 6 orders of chicken nuggets and they came and gave us free 2 orders of chicken nuggets and we had asked for 2 cups of water and it tasted funky
Tea taste like bad unfiltered city water, fries been sitting around for a while, burger was ok. Should have known not to stop when there was no line during lunch.

0/10 recommend unless you like your food handled with bare hands. When I asked the manager if that's what just happened she asked me to not do a complaint, because that's what's important at that moment, right? I waited 10-15 mins at the drive thru for my online pick up order, went inside and seen that, spent another 5-10 mins of the manager begging for me to not do a complaint, to then still wait another 5-10 mins on my order, for the potatoes to be missing from my order. Then when I got home my sandwich was missing from the bag (my fault for not checking better) The district manager is a joke as well and does not care about any of these things either.
