This location is the slowest and dirtiest I have ever dined from.Their staff is never professional or nice. Always seems like they hate their job. I wanted to add nuggets to my order just to be told it would be a 12 minute wait... in what world would it take a fast food chain from start to finish 12 minutes for nuggets. If that were true why wouldn't they have some ready or not serve an item that takes that long to make??? Do better Wendys!!!

I went last week to pick up 2 orders from mine and my hubs app. After waiting behind two cars I get to the window and tell them my pickup orders to which the guy tells me oh ok just go ahead and pull to the front and we’ll bring it out. I’m thinking after waiting behind these cars five minutes surely it’s ready. I ordered at 8:21, got to the window at 8:26 and didn’t receive my food until 8:36. Not to mention…I had to walk inside to get it and when I did a female supervisor/shiftleader/manager saw me, knew I came in to get my orders (one of which was still not ready) and still didn’t apologize or show any ounce of care whatsoever. My food was ice cold, my husbands fries were ice cold and his nuggets were just cooked. So out of 4 items we ordered one was hot. I’ve been here before and had hot, fresh food and the ppl at the window have all been professional but this was a pretty bad experience and the attitude I received for their mistakes is poor customer service.
