I used to come here twice a week cause the food is great I used to order large fries and medium drink with my meal. But after many times not getting my large fries. I had to stop ordering them and stop coming 2 times a week.
I ask for picante sauces on the side no ketchup cause I don't like the ketchup flavor half the time I don't get the picante sauces.
The receipt says what I order and it takes the money out for the fries. What is that called stealing or just lazy uneducated can't read I'm sure that's part of their simple job. Who ever bags my food is the problem no one else
14.06$ for the monetary melt meal regularly size last time this place is trash

The youngsters are super nice but the manager at 1:56am is so rude she talks to them so rudely. Was complaining because they served me a shake . Made it seem like the end of the world. Umm if it's on the menu and you have it available I'm not seeing the problem . Ain't not point in crying over spilt milk.... food was good thoe

I would strongly advise to avoid using the curbside pick up at this location, took me 3x longer to get my order than if I go inside or the drive thru. Waited in total of 30 minutes to get everything.

Worst Whataburger in Houston! I recommend never coming to this one. They are rude, they always forget something. You always have to check your. And if you're doing door dash or whatever they suck at getting your food on time and always for get the straws, they never tape up the food just unprofessional

I literally waited for 10 minutes to even order because the cashier was ādealing with a customerā Iām in the drive through so I obviously need to go places too. Itās sad to see that others can do a simple task. Iāve worked in fast food before and I know you have the timer and it doesnāt āstartā or count against you until the person comes up to the window. - do better be quicker or I will go find another place and I will go out of my way to get food.
