The older lady that works the front counter, Paige I think, is rude as all get out. I come here often and she's always rude. I don't get how you can keep a job in customer service being that rude. I started going at night to avoid her but the night crew moves like molasses. For one burger and a drink, took over 30 mins and I ordered ahead of time too. Smh

Private equity has ruined everything in my life even my whataburger. The burger was cold missing a patty, cheese cold. I got the same burger back after the clerk dropped my receipt on the ground and picked it up with his hand. Im going to a restaurant at this point, avoid this ripoff.

This place has REALLY gone downhill, used to be somewhere I looked forward to going to. Now it's TRASH. From the attitude of the employees to the way they prepare the food. My son's allergic to onions and they messed his order up WITH ONIONS TWICE. Not well managed nor is it well staffed. Do better whataburger cause y'all trash at this location.

Pulled up to the drive thru around 12:20am. I waited in the line furthest from the restaurant since it was the shortest. Waiting over 15 minutes for the car in front of me, I saw the other lines order get taken first and move forward. Cars that pulled up after mine were taken care of in less than a couple of minutes and I was left waiting there on the other drive thru for 40 minutes. Another car pulled up after me on the opposite line and I told myself that if they would take their order first I’d leave, which was exactly what happened. I’ve been here a couple of times and the food has been good, but this time, it was the service and the lack of management that ruined it for me. Might not be coming back….

Worse ever drive tru didn't even know the menu and was over pricing took 3 of them to fix my order then to get home and NO FREAKING CHEESE when I repeated myself 4 times. Not sure what's up with whataburger fries now cus even on southmore and redbluff location fries undercooked ....I'm gonna look for another late night drive tru this was terrible

When did whataburger stop caring about their customers? Everytime I come , it takes around 20-30 minutes to get thru drive thru and my order is never correct . The food doesn’t taste as good as is use to be. I think I’m done giving yall a try

At this location check your food, I ordered chicken tenders with gravy and tx toast and dr.p get my food drive back to work find my tenders no gravy no toast I orde t the tenders cause I wanted gravy was very disappointed

Whatabuger is a tasty hamburger, good fast food joint. The young gentleman that took our order had a unique personality, very quick, witty, very kind & professional all in one. Great young man!!!!
