What happen to this place, yuk...it WAS good once apon a time....a chicken fried steak that was tough as a boot....the manager was nice and came by our table, to see if all was good, but he came by just as our waiter was putting our plates in front of us...we hadn't even tried the food yet...I've said it before, please add some bread with your meals.

We visited a few weeks ago, it was a bit confusing to begin with. As we walked in no one explained how the ordering process worked. We assumed at the front they were taking our orders and that was that but then they gave us the ticket order and moved us along. At that point we walked to a table and sat for about 10 minutes with ticket in hand, the restaurant was not busy at all..eventually my husband got up and found a waitress and gave her the ticket because he had no idea what to do with it. To this day I don't know if a waitress was supposed to come to the table or if we were supposed to go to the station where the waitress were kind of hanging out. Once our order went through it didn't take too long to get our food. It was mildly uncomfortable inside, it seemed as there was little to no air on, I almost couldn't wait to finish eating because I just wanted to get to the air conditioning of my car to cool down.

We had a great experience with Brittany tonight! She recommended the Hickory burger and it was delicious. My family and I come here often and will continue to because of her!

The best grilled chicken sandwich I have had. I have tried it at several locations and it is always the same big juicy piece of heaven every time. I promise you that! Jesus choose to give an ice house a piece of chicken from heaven. Also, they have rocking fried pickles and good fries.

I had their blue cheese burger on a weekday. Overall underwhelming. it tasted similar to a Red Robin burger or a Wendy's burger. Service is interesting in that they take your order at the front and hand you the order sheet. You take the order to your table and then hand it over to the waitresses. Why not just keep the order sheet?

The food was really good but it took SO LONG to come out. Our waiter was not attentive at all. She came over to our table about three times in total and did not like to refill our drinks... Good food, bad service...

This place is right behind my neighborhood, which is really convenient, I frequent it often. The food is great, probably the best blackened catfish I have ever had, consistently. Large selection of cold beer, and great tap beer prices. My only gripe with this place is that every time I go I grab a beer and want to go to a table an chill for a bit. Without fail the staff at the front of the place insists that I place a food order right then and there....which I refuse every single time. I get major attitude every time and I am told if I want to order I have to come back to the front. Luckily the wait staff totally disagree with this ridiculous policy and is always glad to take my order at the table. I promise you the first time I get flack from the wait staff, I will happily walk back to the front and place my order, including any beers I might order after the initial. Another thing I will promise is that I will leave zero tip for the wait staff.... Why tip if I am doing all the leg work. This is a very stupid and uncalled for policy by Willies. The wait staff states every time that most people gripe about the policy...

Decent food. Several good grill items to steer away from "fried foods" and the like if you desire the option. Very laid back atmosphere. No need for reservations. Casual dress.
My husband and I went to Willies and had the Willie burger. The order was delivered in a timely fashion and was exactly how we ordered. This is by far our favorite place for a burger! The only reason it didn't get a five was our waitress was not friendly and our onion rings were way overcooked! Both of those things are unusual for Willie's!

We took our kids out to dinner and had a wonderful time there. I'm not sure if she was the waitress, manager or both for the night, but the lady (I really wish I would of gotten her name) who helped us was amazing. It's rare to get such great service at establishments now a days, but she went above and beyond. So helpful and always with a smile. We've been there a few times and have enjoyed our visit every time. We do wish they would bring back their chili, we enjoyed it with our fries .

Very good! The environment is very laid back. Great selection they have a little bit of everything. In love with the fish tacos. Definitely a great place to take friends an family to for some drinks an food.

The catfish was wonderful. No fishy taste or smell. It was fried lightly with bright white, flaky tasty meat. The fries had great flavor, as well as the fried crawfish. Quick service and nice atmosphere.

We had dinner last night, it was our first time here. We ordered the large appetizer that came with fried pickles, fried mushrooms, fried jalapeí±os, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. I will say that it was a lot of food. They were good but very greasy. Same for the food, my husband had the cheddar burger and I had the Philly cheesesteak. We weren't impressed with either of them. The cheesesteak sandwich had very little meat and a lot of bread with a lot of fries in the side. My husbands burger was pretty dry. To top it off, I think our waitress came 1 time to check on us. Overall the place has a good atmosphere but don't come here expecting good food. It's a cool spot if you just want to have some beers.
