I placed an online order and forgot to add something to the order, so I called within a few minutes after placing , asked if I can pay the extra charges when I pick up my order, the girl on the phone ( “Ashley” ) said there was nothing she could do since I already paid. Does Wingstop not allow you to modify or add to orders? I’ve done so at other locations with better customer service, maybe not this one unfortunately? This specific Wingstop has consistency issues, from this and past experiences. I went ahead and cancelled my entire order over a 60 cent difference to modify it when it hadn’t even been made yet, since I was told there was nothing that could be done.

I always order from this location, and they get my order right every single time! I have three locations nearby, but I always choose this one because they never disappoint. The service is great, and I’ve noticed the managers stepping in to help the team—like handing out orders when the staff is busy taking calls(orders) . That kind of teamwork makes this place even better. Highly recommend!
