I've never had an issue here. I feel wingstop is the same wherever you go. I've never had an issue with staff. It does seem like some of the employees don't want to work there, but then again, I don't think anyone would choose to work these types of jobs if they didn't have to, especially the younger generations, ya'know? So the atmosphere can be a little dry/quiet.

Vegetarian options: ... The name of the restaurant is self-explanatory. Please, don't be that person trying to make things difficult coming along for vegetarian choices.

Parking: If it's packed/ busy, you'll probably have a little wait time for parking. A lot of people are impatient in this state, so if that sounds like you order ahead and save yourself some frustration.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

The customer service was beyond awful. The cashier was incredibly rude and unprofessional, literally screaming at customers as if we were in the military or jail. It was not only uncomfortable, but also completely unnecessary. I couldn’t believe the way customers were getting treated.

Put my order in online. Got there and it wasn’t ready so I waited patiently. So my order was ready the whole time I was there. All it took was me getting up minutes later to ask for my order. And it was finally given to me. The girls up front were just laly gagging the whole time. Poor service is what I think.

I had went to pick up my order and the previous time I ordered they forgot to give me a side of flavor and I couldn’t come back to get it. They said they added a side flavor and 5 wings of credit to my account and I needed to give my phone number the next time I order. So I did when I went to pick up my next order and all I asked for was a side of flavor and the lady said the credit wasn’t on there. If you’re going to add credit please make sure to do it because I lost a dollar something and didn’t even receive it as credit or refund. Ridiculous

This was the worst wingstop experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I work in customer service so I completely understand bad days, but the attitudes were disgusting. Initially I asked if I could do mild lemon pepper, even if I just did mild & paid for the extra lemon pepper seasoning. She said no we don’t mix flavors at all. Then after paying out anyway, I thought about the fact that they have lemon pepper & Cajun fries. I then spoke to the other associate and asked if they sold a side of lemon pepper seasoning and he said yes. I then paid $1.69 for that side of lemon pepper just to receive a tiny cup of seasoning that didn’t even look like an entire ounce. Michelle & Natalia were who I was initially dealing with and Frank was the one apologizing for issues. However, when I was questioning the size about this, nothing was resolved and I ended up receiving a refund for the seasoning. But I was challenged to call corporate even though it was a franchised store, so I did.

I don't like that they charge $1.49 plus tax for a tablespoon of lemon pepper, i ordered the lemon pepper wings and they only put a tiny pinch of lemon pepper on each wing so I had to purchase some?

we stopped here for a quick bite and were disappointed in the wings we were served. The lemon pepper strips were extremely salty, the garlic parmesan wings were not appetizing at all, and the korean bbq wings were drenched but edible after wiping them off a little. ?‍♀️

Ok so online ordering was swift. However the door is locked. We have to knock on the door to let us in the store @ 1:05pm and if your new to this location like I was you have to press a green button in order to leave thanks to the customers bc the workers were no help. I'm saying all this to say that if your workers feel unsafe that they have to look the door which is a FIRE HAZARD!!! WINGSTOP SHOULD DEFINITELY BE PROTECTING THEIR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS. PLEASE GET SECURITY
