Kept seeing a commercial about the new steak bites and my goodness they didn’t disappoint. I got the 5 piece and a drink. They were hot, juicy, and full of flavor! I should have ordered more. Dipped them in bar b q sauce and it hit the spot. Gotta go back because I know they are selling them for a limited time. Oh and shout out to the lady at the drive thru window. Excellent customer service.

Service was terrible and it’s that way the 2 times I’ve been a chubby taller gentleman was rude orders a certain lemonade never called me to say it was ready so when I went for napkins midway finishing my food and I asked if the drink was mine and he was like well did you order it in a rude tone (many other people in there could’ve been anybodys and my number or name wasn’t called) this was a month ago fast forward today we weren’t greeted (when given my money he crumbled it and folded my receipt) 3 customers came in behind us (all the same race) he greeted them, very kind over the top nice and told them all if they needed anything to let him know he’ll gladly help ( I needed a small to go bag went up to asl for one he had a very annoyed face at me gave it to me I said thank you & he was hush quite no your welcome) but the service and demeanor was very ugly and different towards me and my mother vs the other costumers it was obvious and not a good feeling jobs should always be professional regardless of how you feel towards a customers skin tone and race

I LOVE this Arby's!! It is the entire crew that runs like a well-oiled machine (credit given to the manager who is on top of her game) that makes this one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite in Pearland!!

Look, the food is great. It tastes fresh and it's hot. My qualm is with missing things in my order. I always get the French DIP that comes with a side of au jus to DIP the sandwich in. Out of the 3 times I have gone, twice I did not receive it. This time, they asked if I wanted sauce, I said JUST THE AU JUS THAT COMES WITH IT. My mistake for not checking at the window, but I get home and as usual, no au jus. I give up. Arbys is tasty but the workers obviously don't pay much attention. Also, if there are multiple cars in line, you better be ready to wait a longggg time. I've wondered why they are always pretty slow there because it is good food, but I guess many people have had issues there. Service was friendly, just not competent apparently.
