Kerry was AMAZING he was fast and pleasant and gave me a completely new outlook on this specific location I have been hesitant to patron because I was not previously pleased with the service or food and gave a 1 star review but Kerry was attentive and made sure the pretzels were fresh and weren’t burnt. I’m not sure if Kerry’s a manager but if not he should be he provided all around great service

Please don't get anything from this place. It's so disgusting. I found a hair in my food. ? should’ve know by the way the workers were just lounging around all over the counters.

Worst experience ever. I ordered the mini dog bundle which came with the pretzel dogs, medium lemonade, and dip. Thats what I ordered. The board said it was $8.03. I paid $9.67. Um I'm sorry. Tax is not that much. She didn't ring it up as the bundle. Then wanted to argue with me. The staff then began to speak in Spanish knowing good and well I didn't understand. I then asked for the manager. All three of them looked at each other. I said, oh I guess you don't have a manager either. I should have given the food back and asked for a refund but since it was on my card, I'm sure they didn't know how to do it. Do not go there. Poor service, poor food quality. And apparently no manager.

They said my card didn’t go through so I gave them cash turns out they took it out of my card and I also paid cash. I paid twice. I tried calling the store and they never answered. Leticia was the cashier.

I love everything but they must be very kind to the customers, one named Victoria is very angry and I see that she doesn't treat her very well. Her colleagues are very easy-going and she is always a hell of a genius.

Worst location ever in Pearland. For the last 3 visits the pretzels were so hard (could not eat it) and just last night Burnt! So in total 6 that were not fit to consume. They don't answer the phone either. To give a paying customer a product like that is unacceptable. Won't be going back....I want a refund!
