Got a regular mango fruit tea and two bamboo special. Mango fruit tea is really sweet. Not a good balance to it. Would literally have to make 2 drinks out of this one. Needed a bag or cup holder for the extra drink but only thing available is a large bag.

First, I just called and asked to place an order for pickup... went downhill from here. The ignorant boy who picked up the phone did not even know how to answer the phone professionally, was giggling over-the-phone, and VERY rude as he hung-up on me while I was still talking. This must be a boy who has no experience, obviously. But if you will be hiring these kind of workers, YOU WILL LOOSE customers, GUARANTEED. At least train them to have some phone etiquette. Don't go to this place as obviously, they don't care about customers or business. I'd rather go to the Teahouse where it's a MUCH better customer service.

Only because of the wait.... For some reason it's faster service on weekdays. But on Saturday evening at 6:45 with only two other customers we are waiting upwards of 20 minutes for a smoothie. This nice lady sitting next to me said "Oh my gosh, I'm waiting a long time for Che'. 15 minutes now". The food and drinks are good however I don't see them staying in business long with such a long wait for drinks. Customers will not return and they will lose business!

I love taro milk tea and I have tried it from a lot of places. I have to say this was the worst taro milk tea I had tried. It was Soo watered down it barely had any flavor. You get less amount for what you pay compared to other places. The store is well kept and the staff is nice but I would never go back their for drinks.

How the heck do you take over 30 mins to make a Vietnamese Sandwich and a simple Boba drink? This place will close down soon. Horrible service. The drinks are good though. Managment sucks though and needs to be fixed ASAP. All I just want is a quick drink and go. My goodness. Get it together

I ordered to go today (8/2/19) the Awesome Trio, my favorite dessert drink. Started eating as soon as I got home to find out that the white beans were extra extra crunchy. So disappointed especially after having the craving for it for days!

If you have 30 mins to wait for you order then by all means stop by this location. This place is awful. I got to this place 20mins before closing which was at 8:40pm. And I didn't receive my order until 9:10pm and all I ordered was 2 chè or two desserts. If I had known it would've taken that long I wouldn't have even stopped by. It sucks because I love going to Bambu and this is the closest location to me. But now if I ever want bambu I'll just have to go to the bellaire locations. Their desserts are just as good as the other locations but definitely not worth the long wait. Even food from sit down restaurants come out faster.

This place takes forever to get food n drinks out. I have waited over 15 minutes over a simple milk tea which is premade. This is ridiculous . They are not busy either, very slow. Have 5 guests inside and that's it . Nobody tell the guests about Happy Hour whatever and it's 3.30 pm which is its time... unbelievable. How are you gonna stay in business like this? Especially in pearland. ?? If you have whole day for it. Then you can wait. I don't think it's worth it.

I was surprised when I saw BAMBU opened up another location in Pearland. Interior is nice and welcoming. It is definitely a great place to study with a quiet background. Drinks and food are definitely over priced here. I ordered the mini egg rolls, and they brought out the smallest ones I've ever seen in my entire life. I was shocked that it cost so much. I tried the taro drink, and it was nothing special. Definitely not worth the high price either.

This place has horrible customer service and it takes FOREVER for s simple order. My bubble tea and pandan waffle took over 15 mins and it was on a Tuesday afternoon. Seriously, why does it take so long? I can understand if they were new, but it's been here for months! Do yourself a favor and save your money - go to zero degrees, share tea, tea house, Kung Fu. Save your money!!
