Nayah(spelling?) and the other associate provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I worked in customer service for 20 years, so I know a thing or two about how customers should be treated. I went in today to treat my 2-year-old daughter to her first Baskin-Robbins ice cream cone. Nayah pleasantly greeted us as soon as we walked in and she even gave me recommendations for my daughter’s treat. I definitely will be back!

Horrible. Once again I am disappointed. I think Nayah (I'm not sure if that's her name, short with twist or dreads), very disrespectful, barking orders not even saying, can you please do this or that, all over the place, apparently in charge but acts like is doing you a favor for even talking to you and getting your order. Went there yesterday night and it wasn't the best. I don't want to go to a place where the employee can't even be polite or pleasant. The gentleman was very nice and I loved the presentation. He looks like he makes sure to look his best. Now the little girl? That's not the job for her. No customer service at all. I would use negative stars if I could. That place definitely need more Naomis and Elizabeths!! Because it has been horrible.

I always enjoy everything I get from here , the place is awesome. Only problem is the training manager on night shift that doesn't know how to professionally talk to her clients and workers , seems very hostile and rude with her clients.

Ordered a Cake for my son’s Birthday and it was soooo good! The cake itself looked amazing! The Manager Naomi was very friendly and pickup was really quick! Will be back to order another cake soon!

Was at this location on our way back home after eating for Father’s Day. The young man tending to us was very nice and professional. The ice cream was good. The only only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because as we (2 adults, 2 kids) were at the register waiting to be rung up, this other employee loudly came up to us to tell us to move so another customer could get napkins. First of all, why couldn’t she redirect the customer (who could have said “excuse me” herself and we would have moved) to the dispenser a couple feet away? After all, we were waiting to be rung up not just blocking the register. Secondly, she simply said it rudely and loud for no reason. It really overall left me a bad impression of the place. Thankfully this is not my local BR so I won’t be coming back.

Ice cream always tastes amazing! The only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because they started closing an hour before it was supposed to close. My family wanted to eat inside but all the chairs were already up. We just opted to sit outside on the curb and eat instead.

Please do not pay no mind to hateful comments of people like S M that get upset for not being able to get free items. I have been going to this store for years and they never had coupons unless it was the app coupon for free scoops, Birthday scoops, and maybe cakes. Elizabeth is such a sweet lady and always ready to help, she makes my cappuccino blast to perfection. There's really nothing she can't do if she is not allowed to accept unexpected coupons. The unnecessary use of hateful words won't take you anywhere in life. I will continue to go to this location because everything about it reminds me of home. The staff, the cleanliness, specially the environment.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT STAFF!! This location has always been a hit or miss when it comes to customer service, for the last 7 years that I have been coming here, and they continue to miss. Smh. The individual who worked on March 6, 2024, around 6pm and who claimed to be the so called “manager,” a Hispanic lady, named “Elizabeth” (she likely gave a fake name) from this location is the RUDEST AND LAZIEST person I have yet to encounter. I could tell from the moment I walked in that she did not want to be a work that night. Not only did she have a rushed, rude attitude when taking our order, but she also failed to honor a current coupon that was previously given and used at this same location!!! Furthermore, this rude woman didn’t even bother to put a cover sticker over the milkshake that was ordered when we requested it. I frequent here and never had a problem getting coupons honored and getting my milkshakes covered so they won’t spill on the drive home. This rude heffa just didn’t want to do anything and provided the WORST customer service. The owner of this establishment needs to hire individuals who actually want to work and who appreciate having a job and stop hiring these low life, rude, subpar morons! So sick of this location. And don’t be surprised if they respond to this review and try to justify their actions. Thats the problem. Horrible managements starts at the top, which is why their “managers” think they can do and act how they please. Go support another B&R business and LEAVE THIS ONE ALONE!!!!!

I am putting in this review for the sole reason that they are charging a different price than what is advertised. Upon mentioning I was completely dismissed by the employee and she just continued with the next customer. I was not offered a refund or explanation for the extra money that was charged.
