Just picked up Caramelectric Cake and I was disappointed.duppose to be pecans on top.she used small pieces of almonds because they were low on pecans.the top had 3 full half pecan on each whipped cream,instead they used pieces of 3 pecans.very few chocolate drizzles on side of cake.nothing like picture.i would expect more spending $33.00 for 1/3 sheet cake.very disappointed and will not order cakes in future.

Daughter asked me for a specific cake so I Called the store asked if they had a chocolate chip log cake available for me to come pick up the guy who answered the phone said they had one and would put it in the freezer for me gave him my name and he said he is going to write I on the box and I can come get it. Told him I would be there in about 45 minutes because itâs a 30 minute drive from me. I show up tell them Iâm picking up a chocolate chip log cake. They ask my name. I tell them they go look for it. They come back empty handed and ask me when I placed the order. I explain the whole phone call to them and they say that they donât keep log cakes stocked itâs a by order thing. Dude knew he was about to get off work lied to me told me what I wanted to hear because he knew he wasnât going to have to deal with it. Thankfully she was with me when I went to go get it so she could pick something else. Really disappointed with the fact the guy lied to me after I told him it was going to be a drive for me just to get there to find out he lied.

Never use UberEats to order from this store. Uber just charged me full price for a pie that I didn't get because the store didn't have it available. The Uber driver contacted me to tell me they didn't have the pie, she asked if I wanted something else and the store clerk told her they don't have any pies in available today. The store didn't cancel the order and another Uber driver was heading to it, at the end I had to cancel the order because the drivers would be accepting it if it's not canceled. The store had to cancel the order to let Uber know they're out of stock but instead Uber was informed that the store had already prepared my order when I canceled it which is NOT true. đĄ

Place is clean and nice. We go there often with kids and also in big groups. one problem with this location is their giftcards never work there. We have good amount in our BR gift cards but the employee always says its not working which I think is very wrong. we would rather like to go to a BR where they accept their gift cards.

Nayah(spelling?) and the other associate provided the best customer service Iâve had in a long time. I worked in customer service for 20 years, so I know a thing or two about how customers should be treated. I went in today to treat my 2-year-old daughter to her first Baskin-Robbins ice cream cone. Nayah pleasantly greeted us as soon as we walked in and she even gave me recommendations for my daughterâs treat. I definitely will be back!

Horrible. Once again I am disappointed. I think Nayah (I'm not sure if that's her name, short with twist or dreads), very disrespectful, barking orders not even saying, can you please do this or that, all over the place, apparently in charge but acts like is doing you a favor for even talking to you and getting your order. Went there yesterday night and it wasn't the best. I don't want to go to a place where the employee can't even be polite or pleasant. The gentleman was very nice and I loved the presentation. He looks like he makes sure to look his best. Now the little girl? That's not the job for her. No customer service at all. I would use negative stars if I could. That place definitely need more Naomis and Elizabeths!! Because it has been horrible.

I always enjoy everything I get from here , the place is awesome. Only problem is the training manager on night shift that doesn't know how to professionally talk to her clients and workers , seems very hostile and rude with her clients.
Ordered a Cake for my sonâs Birthday and it was soooo good! The cake itself looked amazing! The Manager Naomi was very friendly and pickup was really quick! Will be back to order another cake soon!

Was at this location on our way back home after eating for Fatherâs Day. The young man tending to us was very nice and professional. The ice cream was good. The only only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because as we (2 adults, 2 kids) were at the register waiting to be rung up, this other employee loudly came up to us to tell us to move so another customer could get napkins. First of all, why couldnât she redirect the customer (who could have said âexcuse meâ herself and we would have moved) to the dispenser a couple feet away? After all, we were waiting to be rung up not just blocking the register. Secondly, she simply said it rudely and loud for no reason. It really overall left me a bad impression of the place. Thankfully this is not my local BR so I wonât be coming back.

Ice cream always tastes amazing! The only reason Iâm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because they started closing an hour before it was supposed to close. My family wanted to eat inside but all the chairs were already up. We just opted to sit outside on the curb and eat instead.
