My hairdresser recommended BB's. My house margarita was quite possibly the worst I've ever had. I sent it back, and we weren't charged for it. We ordered oysters for an appetizer, but they didn't arrive until after our meal was served. However, they looked really good so we accepted them and they were delicious. The madhatter salad was very good, as was the Trio Loco. Our server was very good as well.

Not busy on a week day for an early dinner. I wanted crawfish and snow crab only, but the waiter said the price for a lb of snow crab was more than there current price of their seafood experience, so I decided to go with that to cut cost, and add a lb of crawfish. He was nice enough to give us that info, because we could have paid way more. The crawfish was hot and fresh and seasoned with their special sauce. The crawfish were decent size. I like how they tasted. Their crawfish is consistently good every season as I have experienced. Now for the crab and shrimp seafood experience it was a fail. Now granted I did eat my crawfish first so they sat for a little while, but I only had a lb of crawfish so it didn't sit super long. The boil was dry and not hot. Compared to the crawfish the whole boil lacked seasoning and was overcooked. I know it was overcooked because when crab is cooked right they snap fairly easy and the meat stays in tact. The shell was flimsy and hard to get the meat out. The shrimp were dry. The veggies were mushy. The best thing were the sausages. Since my husband was treating me, I did eat all of the crab but I didn't even attempt to eat anything else. My husband did like his own food which was some type of enchiladas with a side of red beans and some fries. I will stick to the hot plates when it's not crawfish season, and when it is , I will get crawfish and an appetizer over any crab boil. I will return just didn't satisfy my craving on this visit.

Service was good but maaaaaannn the crawfish was not it. I’m the type that can’t even handle a jalapeño. I ordered 5 pounds of spicy crawfish for them to come out with no flavor. The tails were breaking in half when I tried to peel them and a lot of them were already dead before they cooked them. This was my first time at BB’s after hearing how amazing the food is. The atmosphere and the service was great but unfortunately I’ll have to get my crawfish somewhere else.

I actually did have a good experience here. I ordered over the phone to eat there at the resturant. They were really patient over the phone and super nice. Staff was really cool and the crawfish was good but I will say it was not spicy. 9.99 per pound is actually a pretty good deal for around here in Pearland. Staff made the experience a really good one and I will definitely be back

The food/service is so up and down here. Sometimes I go and everything is great. Other times it's the total opposite. I have been to other BBs and they are consistent with food, service, and drinks. I wish this location was at least great in one of the areas consistently.
Do NOT eat here. their customer service sucks. well one guy was really nice but the first waiter was rude and didn’t even great us properly. this was my first time eating at this location and I woke up with food poisoning. they are not clean or organized. do not recommend at all. Crawfish is left out to spoil and are hard. nothing abt this restriction is appealing. ????

I came to this location on 4/7 around 6:30/7pm. It’s wasn’t too packed but there was a nice decent crowd there. I was seated at my table where I waited 10 mins before I was even acknowledged. A server than comes to my table to ask what I would like to drink, I told her and mentioned to her that I was ready to place my order. I then begin to tell her and I guess something was going with her computer as she tapping aggressively on the screen as if something was wrong with it. She then went to excuse herself and goes back inside. I’m thinking she’s getting another computer. She then comes back out towards my table and then just turns back around and goes inside. I’m there sitting another 5 mins with no drink no water, no update, no nothing. She then comes back out and goes to serve another table right across from me. She brings out their drinks and then starts to take their order. A few moments later, a server (Ryan) comes to me and asks if I had been serviced. I mentioned that I was not sure due to the previous server abruptly leaving. So he takes my order and goes back inside. He returns shortly to inform me that what I requested was no longer in stock. So I literally sat there for 20 mins with no drink, water or anything just to be informed that they no longer had any crawfish.
