The customer service is always excellent. I've ordered online, in the drive-thru, and in the store. The service is consistent each time. I like the variety of beverages to select from to include shakes, tea, coffee, smoothies, and fuel drinks. Additionally, there are food and snack items to choose from. On top of that, there is a rewards club where you can stack up points. It has been an overall great experience thus far. Cheers to the staff.

I ordered a drink and the cashier chose the tip for herself before asking me to sign. I’ve never had this issue before and have never seen this cashier before today. I’m pretty sure this is illegal and it’s also just ethically wrong. I visit this location frequently and have never had a problem until today.

Was a long line in drive thru so I came into store but a waiting some time too long I noticed that drive thru was given priority which was confirmed when I questioned the only two( overworked ) people on duty....
Then coffee wasn't even full because they were so overwhelmed, hurried and careless....

One of the only places in all of Pearland with gluten free dairy free breakfast foods! I love love love their blueberry scone (gluten free and dairy free). And don’t miss out on their oat milk Mexican mocha iced.

The staff is super friendly and makes sure to pay close attention to your order.

It was my first time trying this brand, and it will honestly be my last. I noticed their line was shorter than starbucks, so I thought I'd give them a try. The young lady taking my order was rude. I ordered my drink and she seemed annoyed. I really didn't mind until I was looking for a pastery and I couldn't see the list because the menu changes. I asked her what pastries they had, and she told me, "There should be a list." She starts to list them off, and I just pick something. Once I got to the window, they didn't even have my pastry. It was not busy and they were well staff.

Coffee and muffins are great. Had 2 hot mochas that fit the bill.

I love this place! So much better than any other coffee place. Rachel is an amazing barista. She is always smiling and happy and makes it a prefect place for that first hit of caffeine!!!!

The girls in the window were rude this morning. They got my order wrong and when I politely corrected them, one of the girls says to the other “isn’t that what I just said?”

I drove off without the coffee. Please do better as I have not had such a poor experience at any of the other locations.
