I placed an order via their app at 5:30 to be ready at 6:30. I arrived just before 6:30 and was told the food might be a little late as the kitchen was backed up. I finally got my food at 7p and the staff member just said “have a great night”. No apology.

Came back for another extremely pleasant dinner with my husband. We ordered the dumpling soup, the omurice, the shumai shrimp, the bulgogi tacos, and soy ginger chicken strips. EVERYTHING ... BOTH VISITS...PURE DELICIOUSNESS!!! The server was super sweet and on time (not too long... not too often) with checking how we were doing.

Extremely dry chicken. Chicken was also not tossed into the sauce (as you can see by the marks on the inside of the box) and was coated very unevenly. Too expensive for poor quality of food.

Been a long time customer for the company since 2013. Always loved the food despite price spike with tiny portions but the automatic 18% tip for online order pickup is beyond petty and ridiculous. Why do i have to pay for services that was not even provided all they did was ask for my name and hand me the bag? Will NOT be returning, this little tiny picky things here and there as surcharges is absolutely wild. Congrats! You LOST us as loyal customer.
