I was just saying the same thing I ordered from their a pasta I also found metal shavings but one of the cashiers young told me they scrub their screens with metal sponges I said youre not supposed to do that eventually someones pizza is gonna end up with metal shavings in their nope I guess they havent listened also theirs been cops called to that location from businesses by because some cashier be throwing tempertantrums infront of customers, but I guess shes good with the owner because theres been complaints filed against her and other customers I have ran into told me similar stories about a rude cashier and the female is still theirš¤£š¤£š¤£ but I guess thats a thing down here owners with managers. We are years long customers. Six months ago we found a screw baked into a pizza crust. We let the store know. They asked us to text a picture for their review so we did. No response. We were not looking for any kick back but the lack of follow up was alarming.
Today we decided to give them another try because the pizza is top-notch. (It has always been delicious and fantastic quality) but today I found metal shavings in the crust and a long hair that I almost choked on. (We all have short hair)
This place is a 5 for taste but this yearā¦ a 1 for cross contamination unfortunately.

The first time I went into this establishment they were very friendly and eager to take my order. I met the manager Ms. Liz. Her customer service is superb and she is very professional which I appreciate. Me,my neighbors, and friends we always order their pizzas, sodas, and my favorite the cream cake! Keep up the outstanding work guys!

I ordered pizza and it was left on my front door. The delivery driver didnāt ring the doorbell. They decided to text my phone that the pizza was there. Needless to say ants were ALL OVER the bottom pizza and a few were on the top pizza. I paid $55 for two pizza. So I called them and let them know what happened. The lady on duty was extremely rude and said she couldnāt do anything about it and hung up the phone in my face after she said the manager would be back on Monday and I could take it up with them. So I took the pizza with ants back to the store to get my refund. When I got there she called the manager and the manager was rude, unprofessional and I told her to refund my money for the pizza and the delivery charge. She refused to go so studying I ate one of the pizza so the order was complete. She also stated she was okay losing a customer over me complaining about the terrible customer service. Iāve been ordering pizza from this place since I moved to Pearland in 2018, 2-3X a week between me and my wife but after this I definitely wonāt be returning. The house full of kids and parents at my home feel the same way and I have picture and the entire conversation with the manger recorded. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude like the initial lady I spoke with. Do better Brooklyn Pizzeria. The food is to good to lose more customers over terrible customer service. And while I spoke to the manager 2 young delivery drivers thought the whole situation was funny and stood there smirking the entire time.

Everything was ok the first few times but last time was horrible. Young staff need less chat time at the register with friends and more time listening to customers to get the orders even semi correct. Not again for a while.
No management on site to even speak to. Eat at your own risk of annoyance and displeasure. Also the price at night you might as well go to a sit down. Got a togo cake that was smashed in pieces when I got home and opened it great!

We typically love the pizza here, and the workers are friendly. We mostly order for pickup, and being from the northeast, love the New York style pizza. We were disappointed today when they got our order incorrect and when we called them, they didnāt offer a discount coupon or anything to make up for the mistake. Still great pizza, but we expect a bit more in customer service.

I ordered an extra-large Meat Lovers pizza, and it was disappointing. The pizza was not hot and tasted stale, as if it had been cooked earlier and reheated with extra toppings. The cheese was already hard when I picked it upāwell before the 20-minute markāso it definitely wasnāt freshly made. I usually enjoy this place, but the quality this time really missed the mark.
Also, there are five signs asking customers to ābe kind to the door,ā but the door swings so oddly that itās almost impossible not to bump it when carrying pizza boxes. Itās an unreasonable askāplease just fix the door or add a doorstop to make it more customer-friendly

First time eating here with some coworkers. Walked in and ordered pizza,wings and the toasted ravioli at the counter. For some reason I left a tip,š¤·š»āāļø . We got out cups and our drinks and sat down. Ravioli appetizer came, we didnāt receive any plates. Raviolis were good even though we had to use a napkin as a plate. Wings came and Deja vu no plates were given. Pizza came once again no plates. I had to go up to the counter and ask for plates, I mustāve asked in a foreign language because I did not get a friendly look. Sorry I donāt want to eat my food off the table. Besides all that the food was good,fresh and hot.

If heaven had a pizza oven, this place would run it. Every bite of their pepperoni pizza is pure foodgasm. I'm not exaggerating -- the crust is perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, the sauce hits that tangy-sweet balance just right, and the pepperoni? Absolute perfection -- slightly curled, crispy edges, little pockets of flavor bliss.
It's one of those pizzas where you stop mid-conversation just to savor it. The aroma alone should be illegal. I have tried a lot of pizzas around town, but this oneā¦ this one makes you feel things.
If you live nearby, consider yourself lucky. If not, it's worth the drive.
