Extremely Frustrating Pickup Experience – What’s the Point of Ordering Ahead?
I placed an order ahead of time for pickup at 7:50 PM, expecting to be in and out quickly. Instead, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes past the scheduled time. There were at least 50 people crammed into the pickup area, all clearly dealing with the same issue—slow, disorganized service.
What exactly is the point of ordering ahead if the food isn’t even close to ready at the promised time? The entire purpose of scheduling a pickup is to save time, not waste it standing around in a chaotic environment with a crowd of equally frustrated customers.
This experience was incredibly disappointing and has me rethinking whether I’ll order from your restaurant again. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into how pickup orders are being managed at this location—because it clearly isn’t working.

Kat is amazing, wonderful service. The manager was very kind and the atmosphere was great. Wings were perfectly seasoned Thank you for a very enjoyable dining experience.
I came last night with my family, it wasn’t really bad service but there was hair in my ranch and took a very long time with our drinks.

as soon as we went in the bartender said the area was closed . so we got up & moved.
we seated and waited so long for the server to come . we had to CALL someone to come and take our order.
its very sad that service is literally ZERO out of TEN . poor poor service . its sad because the food is actually good . the wings were juicy , Burger was fresh and Juicy . but horrible service. they need better employees.
i had to ask for my bill too . please train your employees.

We did an online order for wings, carrots, and a drink. Wings were good but they forgot the carrots. Of course we didn’t know this until we arrived at our destination that the item was missing and we couldn’t go back to get it. Maybe our fault for not checking the order before leaving but who would have thought they forgot something.
Also, we only received 1 piece of napkin in our to-go package. We later found 3 wet wipes in a brown bag with 3 ketchup (what was the ketchup for?). But 1 napkin for 20 wings that 2 people shared was not right. Luckily one of us found the wet wipes but I would have liked to clean off the sauce with a napkin first, then use a wet wipe.
I’m pretty disappointed that they missed basic stuff.
