Very unpleasant evening. Food was cold. Estevan? Not sure what’s the chip on his shoulder. Not giving undivided attention, throwing down extra food we got to go. Did these weird “drive bys” “everything good?” Wouldn’t stop just slow down, multiple times had to talk to him while he was at the next table already because he didn’t stop, wasn’t listening and showed that he didn’t care.
Also other staff were moving chairs for like 10 minutes straight, like dragging the chairs, literally had to raisy voice to talk to someone in front of me.
Not a fun experience. It wasn’t busy..so I can’t say I understand it was busy.

We came in tonight and waited for 30 minutes and no one acknowledged us or even said “we will be right with you”. This is a consistent problem at this location. In past experiences the staff argues in front of customers and the wait is always ridiculous. It wasn’t even busy lots of open tables.

My go-to order here is always the Mango Habanero wings — easily one of the best flavors. It has the perfect kick without being unbearable, and the sweet heat combo is addicting. I usually grab my order to-go, but the atmosphere is what you’d expect from a typical wing spot: loud TVs, casual vibe, good for hanging out.
One thing I’ve noticed, though, is the staffing. On one visit an employee mentioned he’d been working all night, which made me feel like they might be short-staffed or overworking their team. And another time it seemed like one of the employees wasn’t fully alert. It didn’t affect my order, but it was noticeable.
Overall, the food is solid especially the Mango Habanero but I hope management takes better care of their staff, because it definitely shows.

Always an enjoyable experience. Fine in or take out. Service is generally decent. Though when it is busy, pre order your second round ;) the meal for 2 starting at 19.99 is a great value for an economical dinner out. Been eating Bdubbs for many years and never tried the burger... omg this is one of the best burgers I've had in a while! Try it and you will see!

We had dinner from here last night( takeout) and the best thing I had was a Pepsi. My wings were barely sauced, most of the wing was dry and untouched. The fries were really cold and tasted old I asked for the salt and vinegar seasoning on my fries and they didn’t put any on. I also asked for celery and they gave me 2 tiny pieces.

Food was on point but does that matter if you don't get your drinks to wash it down or tell employees up to 3 of them you need your drinks and they say okay but come out empty handed or see other customers getting up doing the same thing your doing getting up to get help looking like chickens without heads we literally had to go to our car and get our own drinks thank you Jesus we had an ice chest full of water bottles🙏

Just left here disappointed in staff, they served my child spicy food and she told me it was hot I said just eat your fries and blow on it thinking she meant the food was hot, it was all spicy. When I told the waiter he brought me the check and said manager would come out, I waited but no one came in 10min. So I’m leaving, also if you come here don’t touch the window trim it is burning hot. Just like the front door handle. I bet you can’t hold it more the. 10 seconds. Today is 11/16. Won’t come back.
I've been charged $20 dollars extra twice now...avoid this location!

Places filthy .dirty dishes on the tables, supposedly short on staff manager seem like he had an attitude cuz he had the chip in and help. Typical lazy manager. Try to sit me with some stranger. I'm guessing to jack up tip for the bill, cuz there was plenty of tables. Just short on staff I guess. I turned around and walked out this place is disgusting. First and last time at this dump

For the second year in a row the managers at B- dubs want to limit there veteran deal to Dine-in only even though it’s advertised as both options. Just wish they would correct the advertisement to not mislead us.

My partner and I love eating at BWW however the staff at this particular location were completely rude and inattentive. We sat waiting for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to greet us, while we watched a family at a different table across us get sat, get greeted, get their drinks. Once my partner got up to inquire about our server they simply said every server is different and said she couldn’t do anything. Then shortly after said someone would be there soon. We waited an additional 5 minutes and no one arrived. We left because they obviously did not care enough about us as customers to provide us with an explanation or any service at all for that matter. Will not be returning to this location.
