The staff in the morning are extremely friendly and attentive, they always get my order and condiments correct. The food is always fresh and hot. The management has done an excellent job running this business, that of which cannot be said for the Jack in the box on 518 and Dixie farm road.

They need to take off the picture of a playground for kids, it's not an friend atmosphere for kids either. I went there because I have a 5 and 3 year old that are energetic and the playground is a reason why we visit certain places. Honestly this is fine if you want a quick bite, but the employees and managers don't seem to care. What are employees parking in the front of the doors and customers are parking in the back or far areas. Won't go back, especially after a very ruder employee. The manager was fine, he was in a tough spot as far as a disagreement I had with a rude employee. The atmosphere just doesn't feel friendly for kids. But for adults I'm sure it's fine.
Ordered from Burger King app service delivered to the wrong address and the night time Manager hung up on me instead of trying to fix the issue because it was 30 minutes before closing... worst service I have ever had from a Burger King, and after I get my refund, I will never order from them again.. do not order here they do not care about their customers
