Supposed to 24 hours for drive through. On 12/10/2025 at 11:10. Sat at the mike for several minutes. Drove around and when I did I saw only one employee and he was sitting at the back of the restaurant in a booth. No other employee was visible.

They advertise a BBQ brisket Whopper. Actually, it's hamburger meat with BBQ sauce and fried onion pieces. So, your being charged a higher price for a whopper made of hamburger.

There is an employee that sits in the dining room and FaceTime people with the volume on high, and then proceeded to watch videos with the volume turned all the way up. This isn't the first time I have seen this. Listening to her phone conversations and then listening to her videos she was scrolling through creates a very unpleasant atmosphere.

Very dirty restaurant! Even ruder staff. One staff member cut in front of my mom and my toddler in the bathroom line after they had been waiting 5 minutes.
