I frequent this place, it's never been anything to write home about. The last burger I ordered was a mushroom Swiss burger, to my dismay the burger was old, had dark brown edges like it'd been on the warmer for days, the Swiss cheese was also old and dried out like it had been left sitting at room temperature all day. When I bit into the burger some kind of watery liquid fell out the mushrooms. It was absolutely disgusting. I don't think I'll be coming back unless they reevaluate their management. Driver thru does always take long also.

Despite ordering ahead on the app and having only one car ahead of me in the drive through, it sat at the window for quite a while for a simple burger and fries order. The food itself was good, but not really what I'd call "fast food".

The food was fine as far as I know. I have never been treated so badly as the one time here. I couldnt understand through the accent what she was saying and she let me know her displeasure, all most threw the sack at me and didnt say a word. Perhaps I am just an old white man that cant complain because you cant do business in english here.

Slowest "Fast Food" restaurant in the area, BY FAR. Every time I visit, it takes 10+ minutes to get food, at various times of the day, even if my order was small (2 burgers or similar) and I'm the only person in line.Most of the time, I'm even handed the food with silence and/or complete lack of energy or enthusiasm at all. There's something seriously lackadaisical about this particular BK. I've never experienced it anywhere else. And it's SO consistently like this. At least I can say they're consistent, I guess. So it's on me for going here, at this point.
The chicken fries were room temperature, not fresh & hot like they were 2 weeks ago. The fries were hot though. The tables were dirty! The third wasn't as dirty as the other two. There were poppy seeds from a hamburger bun on this table. I didn't notice them until I sat down. Two weeks ago the the table I sat at was clean. This table appeared to be cleaner than the others. Milk shake drops on a table could have been wiped by the person who made the spill. I clean up after myself at fast food restaurants.Parking: Plenty of available parking spots

I forgot about this location but 3 months ago tried it out again and have been happy with every visit since then. It might not be the fastest drive through but my order has been right and the food has been hot every time.

The worst service I have received from this location in a long time.. they seemed to get every order wrong.. and the manager didn't even care.. . They all need training. I waited 25 min for a drive thru order.. no convenience there..

What a wonderful manager by the name of Jessie first thing she did before she jumped on the register told me let me wash my hands tells you a lot about an employee how hygiene they are and caring about before they touch your food love this lady whoever you are fantastic job we need more people like this in our facilities of restaurants everywhere not just in Burger King take her for an example thank you very much Jesse for doing your job
