Imagine waiting for 10mins for someone to help you after walking away and requesting a gift card before you literally stick your head in the kitchen to get help and them saying they don’t do gift cards. You could have told me that at the counter before you walked away after I asked for one and then proceeded to leave me there waiting. Goddamn kids

I ordered 2 medium value meals on Monday. Got home and a fry was missing. We called and the drive thru attendant stated that he wrote our name down in a journal. Well, Sunday arrived and I order food and ask for my missing fry. The young man w/ the glasses interrupts a young lady talking to me to refuse to replace my missing fry. All because their colleague LIED about writing my name down. Why do I need a receipt if the staff that messed up took my info by phone? Incompetence.

I have gone to this location for a few years off and on, today, I was told they now have a policy to charge 25 cents per any sauce not ketchup. 15-17$ for a meal but I can only get ketchup? Wild stuff. To Chick-fil-a it is for my fast food fix.

Came here Saturday afternoon, they're undergoing repair but yet the lady was super kind and nice as we wanted extra spoons and cup. Will come here always. Highly recommend.

A couple years ago I was served the worst hamburger ever. It was really pathetic. Last night I thought to give them another try. They sold me a burnt fish sandwich. Never again!

Slowest drive through ever. It’s as if they were butchering each order as it came in. Took 15 minutes to get to the speaker to order and we were only on car back. Took another 20+ minutes to get to the window for our food. No drive through should take over 30 minutes at 5 pm.

This was a terrible experience for me. The food was greasy and inedible, the coffee smelled awful, like spoiled coffee grounds. It made my entire car smell bad. The workers were standing around talking and we were the only two people in the building. It took 10-15 minutes for us to get our order and it was soaked in grease.

Omg too slow to take the orders there are like a thousand people and none to greet or take the order and when taking the order 20 minutes to deliver the order they only talk to each other and measured on their phones 40 minutes to eat a bad burger x be in the gossip"
