My trip to Houston was great until I stopped at this Burger King. Walked in and greetings were good šš½. Ordered, received hot food, finished my meal and started to get a refill on sweet tea, TOOK LID OFF AND IT WAS A FLY IN THE CUP!!!

I normally donāt leave reviews. But this is gotta be one of the worst Burger King around. To begin with after paying with cash they did not give me the correct change back had to ask for my change and the lady called an attitude about it. Second, they forgot to give me my drink, and when I went back into the store to get my drink, they argued saying they gave it to. I didnāt come back in the store to argue for a drink that you never gave me avoid this restaurant at all call

This location is next door to me, and Iāve lived there for over 2 years. Now there a new manager and a lot of new rules. This is the worst experience ever. The cups are smaller, but the prices are the same. I donāt like their food and now with smaller cups. I donāt have any reason to spend my money. Trying to change to save on products is costing you customers. Hope it was worth it. The Worst Ever
