Decided to finally try this BBQ spot inside of Kroger. The sauce was phenomenal but the brisket not so much as you can see. Hate giving bad reviews but probably won't try them again $18 for super bad cuts of brisket is disheartening.

My order was terrible. The chicken was dry and overcooked. They forgot to add potatoe salad to my order and the bread they gave me was the end slice . Terrible!

When I say horrible that’s exactly what it was HORRIBLE! Ordered a (1) Meat Plate and I really would’ve preferred for them to tell me they sold out than to take my money for garbage. Ribs tasted as if they were boiled and left from the weekend. I asked if the potato salad was homemade since the other sides looked like they had been on the steam table from the morning. The potatoes in the salad was HARD as if not cooked. But I get it it’s pre cooked. Yes Burns is definitely not the same…. So closed this damn location and stop serving this poison. I think I be been food poisoned

Just ordered bbq from this place using Uber eats. Got a 3 meat plate ribs and brisket were dry and rough! Sausage was decent…but if you pay good money for bbq you deserve it to be fresh and still warm not dry and cold!!! What a disappointment the first and last time for this place…I guess if you want good bbq you gotta bbq it yourself!

Update stop lying because people were complaining they had the same issues last year. You will never get my business. Big Horn completed my Family order in less than 45 minutes. I wasted 4 hours of my time waiting on a order that you never had. You really deserve a negative 10 rating. Do better!!!!

Not impressed at all. My first visit to the Chain. I ordered the brisket plate with beans and potato salad along with an extra side of Mac and cheese. The brisket and potato salad are both dry. The potato salad was bland and the brisket is dry with no flavor. I’m so disappointed. I will not be visiting again.
They forgot to put my potato salad after paying 20.00 on a two meat. Food is good but couldn’t turn around since I live in Fresno!

The first worker slowly chatted with 2 customers in front of me for a few minutes, wasting my time and the person waiting behind me’s time. The second worker was slow to ring up those 2 customers orders, and while I was waiting I took 3 steps out of line to give the groceries I was holding to my girlfriend, and upon seeing the customers ahead of me were done I quickly took 3 steps back to my spot and 1 step toward the register and that 2nd worker just looks around bewildered and scoffs at me saying “you can’t just come from the other side you got to wait your turn and come the other way”, to which I responded “Ma’am, I did come the correct way. I walked a couple steps away to hand things to my girlfriend.” She just repeated what she said, and I repeated what I said. She ultimately shook her head and took my order. Never getting anything from here again.

Tasteless and fatty. Got 1/2 pound for 2 bbq potatoes. After warming the meat up at home, we loaded our potato. The meat was so fatty and it was sitting in grease. It was tasteless. We poured the bbq sauce on it. It was so runny you couldn't even tell there was any on it. After a couple of bites and getting nothing but fat, we tossed our potatoes and returned the majority of the meat for a refund. Will never go there again.

Someone told me this food was pretty good at Kroger on Shadow Creek Pkwy. I had my caregiver pick up ribs for me, they were not good. I thought that I would try the second time. I tired to eat one but it was not well done and tasted awful I called Burns. He ask me to send a picture so he can discuss it with them.
