Food quality has improved slightly. Poor service , and always no ice. How do you sell someone a drink and not have ice ? Machine is always broken, reminds me of the ice cream machine at McDonalds. Prices increased but service and quality hasn't.

I love the healthy options at this establishment but the person checking me out (Kaylee) was rude. Not only did she scrape the dried corn from the bottom of the pan to place on the gentleman bowl in front of me that informed her not too, she also put my food in his his bag as if we were together after I told her not to. She laughed multiple times while being corrected at the register as if it didn’t phase her. I own a business here in Pearland Tx and my employees wouldn’t dare behave In such a manner. Because of her little attention to detail and or not paying attention to the customers at the register she proceeded to move extremely slow despite holding up the line. I suggest you get someone that’s a little more professional to greet your customers and or check them out at the register. This will be my last time visiting this place. Kaylee is too inexperienced to be at the register! I had plans to dine in but after that experience, I gladly left

Food & service were GREAT! They didn’t rush me on choosing ingredients. They asked if I wanted to sample anything before ordering it. AND THAN GAVE ME A DISCOUNT.
The front staff was on their phones and socializing at a table (like friends). I don't mind,but they did not come to the counter right away. Otherwise it's a great place!

We loved the food at Cava. These are bowls which you can customize to whatever you want. The vegetables are so fresh. Don't miss out on the yogurt dill, it's healthy and delicious with any bowl or pita wrap. I have had the spicy greens, Harissa avocado and spicy falafel bowls, and have no complaints on any of them. Also, don't miss out on the FREE side of warm pita bread, it just adds an extra Mediterranean experience to it. The ambience has a more fast food feel, so it's not a fancy place to sit, however the food makes up for it. The employees at this store are so helpful and quick.
