Celaya’s is known for their authentic Mexican cuisine; the mouth watering Fajitas, the homemade Flour tortillas and Ritas! If that’s not up your alley , the Barbacoa and Menudo on the weekends or the homemade Flan and Chile Rellenos are to die for , We love Celaya’s!

We decided to stop by as it says Mexican but in reality it is Tex Mex, food is not very tasty, lots of cheddar cheese, charro beans have a sweet taste as it has lots of tomato. Portion size is rather medium and prices are on higher side compared to portion. Salsas are missing flavor and have no heat at all.

Went to Celaya Restaurant on Saturday evening for the first time. It’s a nice, quiet, clean little restaurant. The food was hot and fresh! For my own tastes, it could have been more spicy but if you like your Tex-mex on the low end of the heat scale this place is for you. The chips were served hot which I really enjoy. If I was to pick at anything, I wish the flour tortillas with my dinner had been thinner, but their flavor was delicious! We had the beef guisada and the chicken...
