I placed a curbside order during lunch rush with 2 full drive through lines. I wasn’t expecting the order to be out anytime soon, but in less than 3 minutes, all my food was out, and it was hot. It was the fastest Chick-fil-A I’ve been to.

Extremely disappointing. Went through drive through. Woman who took my order was very polite, efficient, and accurate. Received my drinks at the window and was asked to pull into a numbered parking place to wait for my order. Mind you it was nothing special, standard menu order with no substitutions or changes. I waited as three cars around me who placed their orders after me Received their food. After 15 minutes I caught a runner and asked him to check on my order. He never returned. It took another 10 minutes to get the attention of someone else who took my receipt and did return with my order. He explained Noone had called out it was for my parking spot so it just sat there. So, $35 and 25 minutes wasted on ice cold food. Tried heating it up and it tasted like crap. It ended up in the garbage.

Went into Chick Fil on monday, person who took my order named Matthew was very kind and friendly. Had a nice chat while ordering which brought enjoyment to my afternoon. Food was also good. Will be coming here again.

Of all of the chick fil a stores in our area this one is the most consistently backed up, takes fifteen to twenty minutes to get a drive thru order out, and gets orders wrong. It definitely doesn't help that when you go into the store to deal with missing items the manager doesn't bother making eye contact or greeting you. They also consistently under salt the fries. It's a highly convenient location, and it's chick fil a, so I'm not sure they could mess the food up, but they probably need to do an entire store retrain on service.

Wow, shoutout to Shelma the manager for redefining “customer service.” I came back after waiting from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. because my order was wrong, and instead of a simple “sorry,” I got attitude, arrogance, and a full performance in dismissiveness. Apparently fixing their own mistake was too much to ask. I even asked for some kind of compensation for wasting half my day, but Shelma made sure to make that request as difficult as possible. If you’re into rude management and bad vibes, this is definitely the place for you.
