I PLACED A CURBSIDE ORDER FOR JUST A FRY AND A DRINK WAIT TIME SAID 3-8 MINUTES I CAME AND IT WAS VERY BUSY UNDERSTANDABLE I WAITED 40 MINUTES FOR IT AND HAD TO GO UP THERE MYSELF BECAUSE THEY MARKED THE ORDER AS COMPLETED

Disappointing wife stopped by on her way home to pick up lunch for us got the 30 count chicken nuggets they were dry and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile

1st off, any CFA without a dining room sp you can get refills is a fraud! 2ndly you have to get a code to use the restrooms and late at night they are slow to respond to walk up customers.
Food was fresh but I doubt I will ever use this location again. Showdow Creek will have to be the location of choice when in the area.

Overall the food is good but from time to time they miss an item or don't include the full order. I have had to complain a handful of times but they always make it right. Once they messed up 2 salads and fixed it by adding 4 free salad rewards on the app which was more than enough to make up for the issue.

Great service and food. This is the 1st Chick-fil-A I have ever been to that had drive through or walk up service. The staff was very friendly and explained how to go about ordering food. Great job! This might be the future of fast food.

Something was wrong with the app today and I was unable to order curbside. Got in the drive thru line right at the noon hour stressed about the wait. However, these kids moved the line along quickly with a smile - even though it is really hot today!! I feel like Chick-fil-A is making a real difference in the lives of this younger generation and I really appreciate the difference you find in service here!
everytime i order they ALWAYS get my order WRONG. no matter if i talk to a manger themselves they can never be competent enough to get my order right WITH the correct amount sauces. this is constant issue i call them about and they never ever listen or pay attention. it is always difficult to order through this store.

Terrible!!! No indoor place to sit. Only outside tables & chairs. That’s not gonna work in 95 heat! Found are dirty sticky, loud cars & honking horns behind me, Aghhhh now the loud trash pickup rt behind me! Wow don’t even want to grab food here now bc it’s so horrible. Needed a refreshing place to relax bfr work,. But can’t come here like I could at Houston location….. thought maybe Wendy’s would have awesome indoor seating since it’s Pearland but found the cushion sunk in, dirty sticky, & bathrooms doors filthy, inside smell literally like an old fashion outhouse!? REALLY???! Refuse to use it! What happened to restaurant codes in this city???

I don't know what is going on but the waiting to get food is ridiculous. Long waiting times. No one ia taking orders outside and only 1 employee coming out to take payment and taking food to cars. Employees are moving and working hard but seems they don't have enough employees scheduled for a busy chick fil a.
