Chick Filet has always been a good experience for me. The young staff are held to a higher standard than at most fast food places. They are courteous and actually seem to enjoy working there. The Chick Filet on Magnolia Parkway in Pearland is no exception.

Just moved to the area and every time I get into drive through line. I wait no less than 10 -15 minutes in the drive-through every time. If you are wanting to pick up something quick this is not the Chick-fil-A location to go to.

This Chick-fil-a has poor management. Management does not care for their employees. They have horrible customer service and poor quality food. J’maiya Steward does not know how to manage a store and is very rude to every employee there. I’ve gone there multiple times and I have observed this behavior from her. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Worst one by far.

This is the worst chick fila I have ever gotten food from.. I have been there 3 times in past few months and waited over 14 minutes. Unfortunately this is the one closest to my house. I’m not sure if there is a lack of employees or if management is to blame, but it’s terrible. I won’t be back! I was in the drivethru for over 23 minutes today.

The girl that took our order in the pre drive thru was unwelcoming.She never greeted or said thank you. I never experienced this coming from Chick-Fil-A.

Charged me for two 12 piece nugget meals and only gave me 8 piece meals, no ingredients on the sandwich meals ordered except the piece of chicken and bread. The fries were half full and overall DISAPPOINTED!! Tried calling the restaurant and nobody answers. Too far to go back as I just picked up off the freeway on the way home. Never had a bad experience before and especially on such simple orders. Two kids upset and I paid for food I didn't even get.
Can never go wrong here. I've yet to have a bad experience.. food or service wise!Always a go to for my teenagers!
