This location is magnificent! I had another store last minute cancel my catering order due to a power outage at their store, and East Pearland was able to quickly put my order together in no time at all! They were all so pleasant to work with. Thank you, East Pearland!

I’m sad to hear that Chick-fil-A on 518 & Dixie farm will no longer let customers order grilled chicken without the marinate. Im gluten free and this is one of the only to go places I can eat. The marinate change years ago was a turn for the worse… but the stores have always honored the request for no marinate. As of July 22 they are refusing the request. I have always understood it takes longer and I would have to wait.
Clearly you all made the choice of saving time over service. Perhaps instead of changing local policy and turning away loyal customers you should take the stats regarding the amount of “no marinate” request to corporate to show them people don’t like the marinate change they made years back.

Our family loves Chick-fil-A for lots of reasons… food is great, servers are polite and get the orders accurate. The last trip in the drive through m, I had two granddaughters with me. Two workers asked them about their Christmas! They are 6 and 4 years old and begged me to take them. FYI, they wanted kids meals. One ordered water since it’s healthier. One asked if she could have carrots for her side. The older one said it would be great if you could order raw broccoli as a side! Lol! Thanks to the Chick-fil-A team for all you do in the community as well! I know you’ve donated meals to Veterans and health care workers at the facility where I work as well as others!
