Best Chili’s in town! Super friendly service everytime and I love how consistent their food is at this location, always cooked perfectly. I also love that Chilis started putting their food in sturdy paper boxes when you order To Go, such a better presentation and no chemicals from foam boxes.

I just went in for dinner tonight and Robert or Rob was our waiter and by far one of the best waiters ever. The food was amazing and his service was absolutely amazing so we'll be going back hopefully we'll get him every time. The management at this location needs to do whatever possible to hold him as an employee he is by far a standout!

I waited over ten minutes for our server to come to our table. Then had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. While placing our orders I was told they were out of potatoes. A time before they were out of ribs!! My ribs were salty and burnt! The fork was dirty so I asked the server for a clean fork, she says let her greet her other table first. She took their complete order. I had to go to the bar to ask the bartender for a clean fork. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!

We walked and placed an order to go. The service was fast and friendly. Most everything was good except for the brisket casadeas. They were very greasy and undercooked. We had to fry them in a skillet when we got home.
We waited 15 minutes for a server to approach our table, so we had to flag someone down. The manager even walked by our table so fast, we didn’t have a chance to catch her attention nor did she bother looking up. Another table wasn’t greeted for 10-15 minutes either. And the manager yelled at our server to go and greet the table. Instead of helping her, I just watched the staff gossip and our server running around. The atmosphere was weird. The staff didn’t seem happy. This place lacks communication and decent management. Besides all that, our server did great and was really sweet. Also the food was fresh.
The food at Chili’s during this visit was average. The salad had a lot going on and the quesadillas were soft and not crispy. The kid’s meal of a hamburger was average as well.

I came in to get my pick-up order and was met with roaches crawling on the counter. The cashier asked me how do I want to pay after she killed them. Ma'am please reverse my payment and keep the food!

Ordered a to go order with honey chipotle crispers and southwest chicken egg rolls. The crispers are good as well as egg rolls the only reason why I give 3 stars is because I have gone two times in less than a weeks time. The first time I had a pretty large order totaling $139. I returned Thursday and my order totaled around $54. Both of times thw food was only warm i actually had to heat it up when I got home and I don't live far from this location and since I had to wait a few minutes for them to bring the food out the second time I thought the food would be hot assuming that they were still making the order but surprisingly I was wrong because the food was still warm like it was the first time I placed an order a few days prior. Not sure why the food at this location is not going out fresh and hot at this location but it's an issue that really needs to be addressed.
First time to this location and we will never come back here. The food was good when we finally got it. It took over an hour after we ordered it. We walked into a nearly empty restaurant and sat down and immediately placed our order, other customers started coming in ordering and getting their meals while we sat and waiting for ours. Six tables got their meals before we did, finally our waiter noticed and apologized, by this time we were ready to walk out, when our food finally came. By this time the restaurant was once again pretty empty. We were the welcoming and farewell committee for all customers the (almost) two hours we were there. Yes our waiter offered us a dessert for our wait then charged us for it. Ridiculous!! They need to get it together.
