I waited over ten minutes for our server to come to our table. Then had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. While placing our orders I was told they were out of potatoes. A time before they were out of ribs!! My ribs were salty and burnt! The fork was dirty so I asked the server for a clean fork, she says let her greet her other table first. She took their complete order. I had to go to the bar to ask the bartender for a clean fork. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!

We walked and placed an order to go. The service was fast and friendly. Most everything was good except for the brisket casadeas. They were very greasy and undercooked. We had to fry them in a skillet when we got home.
We waited 15 minutes for a server to approach our table, so we had to flag someone down. The manager even walked by our table so fast, we didn’t have a chance to catch her attention nor did she bother looking up. Another table wasn’t greeted for 10-15 minutes either. And the manager yelled at our server to go and greet the table. Instead of helping her, I just watched the staff gossip and our server running around. The atmosphere was weird. The staff didn’t seem happy. This place lacks communication and decent management. Besides all that, our server did great and was really sweet. Also the food was fresh.

The food at Chili’s during this visit was average. The salad had a lot going on and the quesadillas were soft and not crispy. The kid’s meal of a hamburger was average as well.

I came in to get my pick-up order and was met with roaches crawling on the counter. The cashier asked me how do I want to pay after she killed them. Ma'am please reverse my payment and keep the food!

Ordered a to go order with honey chipotle crispers and southwest chicken egg rolls. The crispers are good as well as egg rolls the only reason why I give 3 stars is because I have gone two times in less than a weeks time. The first time I had a pretty large order totaling $139. I returned Thursday and my order totaled around $54. Both of times thw food was only warm i actually had to heat it up when I got home and I don't live far from this location and since I had to wait a few minutes for them to bring the food out the second time I thought the food would be hot assuming that they were still making the order but surprisingly I was wrong because the food was still warm like it was the first time I placed an order a few days prior. Not sure why the food at this location is not going out fresh and hot at this location but it's an issue that really needs to be addressed.

We walked into a nearly empty restaurant and sat down and immediately placed our order, other customers started coming in ordering and getting their meals while we sat and waiting for ours. Six tables got their meals before we did, finally our waiter noticed and apologized, by this time we were ready to walk out, when our food finally came. By this time the restaurant was once again pretty empty. We were the welcoming and farewell committee for all customers the (almost) two hours we were there. Yes our waiter offered us a dessert for our wait then charged us for it. Ridiculous!! They need to get it together.

While ordering a 3 for me (takeout), I chose the carne asada. I was extremely disappointed with the portion sizes with all EXCEPT the chicken enchilada soup. The well cooked meat does not make up for the oddly tasting chip garnish on the soup and the crunchy rice. The soda being in a kids’ cup is a low blow too, I expected a bigger cup.
The 1 star of service is for the portion sizes- fix it The food was ok at best overall
Well, the waiter was friendly and seemed to do a good job, but took a very long time for food to come out which was almost cold. Not sure if thats a usual thing, but im not going back.🚹🚺♿️🚭

Ordered a steak medium well and it was burnt and over cooked. Didn’t receive asparagus like I ordered . Also the sampler was covered in hot sauce from the cheese sticks. Service was okay but never noticed us on the app that the food was ready it was just sitting on shelf.

I had a delicious fajita platter and potato soup that was full of flavor and pleasing to the eye!! Layla was awesome and assisted me with my to go order. Since they were about to close, she offered me an additional potato soup!! That was so kind and thoughtful of her. Thank you Layla and thank you Chili’s for an excellent meal even at the end of the day!!❤️
