What has happened the chocolate molten cake? I keep telling myself that it’s still amazing but it’s becoming more and more disappointing.. why?!

Chili’s at Silverlake Pearland – Mixed Experience
Visited this Chili’s location and had a pretty mixed experience. The service was super slow—it took ages for our order to arrive, and after waiting for about 30 minutes, our server finally let us know that they were out of beef. We decided to cancel that order, but to make up for it, the manager offered us a free dessert, which was a nice gesture.
Our server was sweet and friendly, which was a positive part of the visit. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired—the toilet was not clean, and the tap was broken.
As for the food:
Dip Trio – Fresh and tasted great. No complaints here.
Fajita Trio – Unfortunately, we had to cancel after a long wait because of the beef shortage.
Ultimate Smokehouse Combo – A hit-and-miss dish. The jalapeño cheddar sausages weren’t the best I’ve had, the ribs were soft and delicious, but the brisket quesadilla was a letdown—barely any brisket or cheese.
Overall, while some of the food was enjoyable, the slow service, unavailable menu items, and cleanliness issues made the experience disappointing. Not sure if I’d return anytime soon. Rating: 2.5/5.

We had a family group of 12; they were somewhat quick in getting our table ready. The service was okay. The food was good ( fajita beef could definitely have been more lean with less gristle). All in all it was a pleasant dining experience.

So refreshing to see that new management has made this location such a great spot. Service was amazing, our server Becky was great, super attentive. Would definitely come back just to have her serve us again!

A place To Go order.
10 minutes after the pick up time frame had ended it still wasn’t ready, so I went to go check to see what was going on. I was told they were just waiting on the drink. I thought no more than five minutes.HOWEVER 20 minutes later, my food is “ready” but my drinks are watered down and the food is cold.
The burgers had no flavor and the ranch was incredibly liquidy.
Awful experience. My first time at this Chilis or any Chilis in Houston. Just lame as can be no one cared about anything. Waste of time and my money

10/10 Excellent customer service was provided by Ashley who was training Jen and she also provided excellent customer service. Location was very clean, greeted nicely at the door and seated.

Tonight I had the privilege of meeting the manager, Paige. I was trying to decide on a late night snack that wouldn't be to heavy. She recommended the the loaded potato soup. It was delicious. I don't frequent this location but her warm and inviting attitude will most definitely encourage me to visit this location more often.

This was a big disappointment the burger had a very small piece of meat on it then the manager came out offering a desert I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone service poor. AND MY SODA HAD SLIME IN ICE MACHINE
