Went there with my sister, order and said can I have a bit more role her eyes at me and said something under her breath. First of all what kind of employee do yall hired, she was a short no taller than 5 feet and no older than 25 girl not woman girl. Won’t be returning ruin my mood after that

I asked for the fajita veggies didn’t had it on my bow. And the steak don’t taste right. Everytime I come here they do my order wrong.

service was great. 5 people working the line so it went fast. I only problem have 2 problems. The rice portions are completely awful. After the lady gave me my rice, you could still see the bottom of the bowl. 2nd, the honey chipotle chicken is so messed up at this location. Maybe it was a mistake today, but that was not right. Ive eaten chipotle over a thousand times all over the state and ive never had it taste like that. I have mixed feelings about this location. Like i said, service amazing, clean store, but not the best food today. Maybe a mess up day.

Inconsistent location. Sometimes food is great. Portion size less than other locations. Rice has been undercooked a couple times.

Ive been coming to chipotle for about a year now and not once have i had a problem with customer service until today. You got my mobile order wrong its cool no biggie i have no problem showing u what i ordered cause i know there can be mistakes ive worked customer service i dont like to be a rude customer just because i really understand but to just give a whole attitude because im trying to explain is something else. Lady really needs to find a new job since she hates it so much. Respectfully whatever the lady was working mobile orders today june 10, 2025 maam god bless you and i hope whatever had you in a mood you get past cause i didnt ask for it and i hope god touches you!

Probably one of the dirtiest Chipotle's I've ever been in. It's a shame because we love Chipotle.
