Employee Review: I came into to pick up a snack of guacamole. On my way to the store I happened to see a man and a dog needing food a few exits down, so I thought let me get something for them as well. I noticed the kids meal and asked how much it was. Diana, I believe a manger, priced it out for me. She asked how I wanted it and when I asked her opinion on the protein choice for someone I didn't know. I explained who the meal was for, and she kindly comp'd it. I was amazed by her gesture and wanted to give this young lady her kudos.Her act of kindness is another version of the meaning 'Blessed to be a blessing.' Thank you Diana. You helped me make a man & his best friend's night.

Upon arriving at the store to collect my online order, I found myself waiting at the counter for several minutes without receiving any acknowledgment. Eventually, I had to flag down a staff member to assist me. Upon inspecting my order in my car, I discovered that my chicken bowl was only half full and lacked the extra chicken I had paid for. Returning to the front desk, I requested a refund, only to be directed to do so through the app. When I asked to speak with the store manager, she was unapologetically rude. Despite my clear dissatisfaction, she insisted I had been given double meat, which was not the case. She begrudgingly offered to add some extra chicken, implying it was a favor. I was furious at the audacity of implying such a gesture was a favor, considering I had already paid for it but not received it. I vowed never to return to this Broadway location or order online from them again. Although I simply wanted a refund, the online support only offered me a credit for a future visit. Needless to say, I won't be spending my money where the customer service is so poor.

Not the type of person to leave reviews as I consider myself a very lenient person. But the service today left me in shock. The lobby was a complete mess, trash cans overflowing to the ground, out of chips, all Tabasco salsas gone, no napkins, no bottled drinks. If I hadn’t waited so long in line I honestly would’ve just saved my money and walked out. I’ve worked at a chipotle before and it shocked me how disordered this one was as I’m aware of chipotle’s standards. Do better management.

Defeats the purpose of the app. I ordered my food 1 hour in advance since it the only location near me . I arrived there 10minutes after the scheduled time I set in the app. and they haven’t started on the food, had to wait an additional 30-45 min. For that amount of wait I might as well go dine in at a restaurant not a fast food chain where they barely serve you

This location needs to work on their customer service . I honestly don’t blame the employees as it is extremely hot at this location. However , that is no excuse to handle customers with attitudes.I usually order online and pick up my order but today I wanted to dine in and take my boyfriend as it would have been his first time trying chipotle. We approached the counter and my boyfriend asked to order a burrito. The employee rudely told us they were out of burritos . 1. You are chipotle , how tf are you out of burritos?!? 2. She answered with an attitude because I’m sure she had to repeat that all day , I suggest yall get a sign and put it in the front whenever you all are out of a popular item as most people are there for either bowls or burritos. My boyfriend was so disappointed and disgusted that he didn’t even order anything . This goes to show that your customer service really does go a long way . If I could have given this review negative stars I definitely would have , Please do better .

Lines are always too long. Meat always tough to chew. Despite that we still WENT one every few months. Yesterday, I had everything placed on the side except meat and rice. I was charged for extras. Corporate stated it's left up to each individual store how they charge. Ordered chips n queso. Got chips no question. She said that the only thing she can reimburse. Will not be returning to this one or any other chipotle.

friendly staff but after waiting 30 minutes in line a the front the guy tells me there are out of tortillas and rice.....this is at 5pm. no note on door or announcement to the line out the door. such a waste of time, consider other chipotle locations...

Waited over 20 minutes in line just to get the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Ordered a chicken bowl and the pieces were thicker than usual but didn’t think anything of it until I was sick for hours after.

Worst Chipotle location!! It is a sauna in there. I feel mostly bad for the employees they look very discouraged and ready to walk out. They were out of white rice, burrito tortillas and lettuce. Not surprised now that I’ve read previous reviews. People were walking out. We get to the end of the line and notice the to go section does have burritos. So disappointed, we get home and start eating and quickly noticed the brown rice was almost completely uncooked. The grilled vegetables and meat were unflavored. The list can go on…We will never go back to that location.

Worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. The lack of management is seen as soon as you walk in. I mostly feel for the front of the house line employees. Their frustration and unsupported management is seen all over their facial expressions. Please do better, for the customer and employees.

It is to hot inside, talked to the employees and they said the ac not working for a long time, talked to the manager and she said the was going to put a work order ticket. Poor management . POOR EMPLOYEES THEY SUFFERING THE HEAT AND MANAGEMENT DONT DO NOTHING, we cannot eat inside being so hot
