Had my daughter’s party there today. She and her friends had a great time. Landyn was our host and he was awesome. He was patient, kind and friendly. Will be back again in the future for parties.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I come here often and have never been treated this poorly. I purchased a 30-minute game card, but it was extremely cold inside. Before I even swiped the card, I realized I didn’t have a jacket and couldn’t stay, so I told my godson we would come back the next day.

When we returned, the card wouldn’t work. I went to the front desk and explained that I bought it the day before but never used it. The employee asked whether it was a points card or unlimited. I told her it was the unlimited game time, and that’s when she said it must have expired. I had no idea it would expire if unused, and no one mentioned that at the time of purchase.

I asked to speak to a manager, assuming it would be an easy fix to honor the 30 minutes I paid for. Instead, the manager came out with a rude and dismissive attitude, already set on saying no. I explained the situation again and asked if she could activate the time that I had already paid for. She refused, showed no empathy, and offered no solutions. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional.

I paid for something I never got to use, and now I feel completely disrespected as a loyal customer. I would appreciate this being corrected and addressed.

I have been to about 6 Chuck E Cheeses in the Houston area since I have the Gold Pass. I really love this one. They are clean and they regularly maintain games. (Ive been to some where 50% of the games are broken). This Chuck E Cheese is clean and the staff is always helpful. Highly Recommend!

Took my daughter to play after school and her and some other kids that were already there was jumping on the trampoline. A young adult maybe an assistant manager asked me where they may kids. My reply no only the one in the pink. He let me that in order for her to jump she needed to have a wrist band. No problem! When I went to get my 3yr old to purchase the wrist band he tried grabbing my daughter as she was going into another play area. I told him quickly do not touch her. When she came down he put his foot up in her way in which I had to tell him not to do that as well. Went to the counter to purchase the wrist band and sock. Asked to speak with the manager and even he was very uninterested in the situation, the look on his face showed he just didn’t care about the other guy about to grab my daughter. Very disappointed and disgusting behavior .

Love the facilities but I hate how long it takes just to get my kid in playing. Literally only 1 family in line in front of us. Ordering pizzas and jump passes, it seemed, and it took nearly 20 mins.
Absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait in line. There was one register open and though there were multiple staff members and it one guy even seemed to be management, no one had considered opening up another register to improve the wait time.
I wish this facility would consider making the funpass holders a self service check in and check out process. It would be so much easier and less irritating, to just go to the kiosk, swipe my card, very myself there and go.
