We were allowed to walk out with our kids tonight without anyone checking us. My wife purposely waited around to get screened while I was at the front doors with our kids. When the young lady who was cleaning behind the counter finally noticed then she ran over and screened my wife and asked my girls to come back to her. Then she came up to me to check my hands.

I should have known something was up because when we arrived a little 4 year old girl held the door open for us to come in and when I didn't see any parents behind her I told the staff and someone went to the front to grab her.

It boils down to they are understaffed. The place is great, the staff is nice, it's clean, the food is good. The entrance is right next to the line to order food and they have the person running the register also run over to the front to check guests in and out.

Do you know how many birthday parties we've gone to where you lose track of the kids going in different directions to play? You can easily lose sight of them for a minute. The one thing we always counted on was they would staff the exits to make sure no one walks off with your kids. This should be a big red flag to corporate and any families who want to enjoy their time here.

I think that the prices for pizza here is ridiculous. These are children and it was $30 bucks for a large pizza. SMH. Not for a family of four.

Salad isn’t worth $12.00.lettuce is old, and ice cream to expensive. Tickets are way to high to get any type of toys.mr Gattis is a whole lot better! Won’t come back!

I only give 2 stars because not only were me and my family neglected at the ticket counter to get what they wanted. But also the woman working tonight behind the counter was continuously talking to other team members. In front of all of our faces. While the line is 4 families long. The amount of disrespect that ticket/game woman was in charge of was terrible. I will say though they guy working the front tried his best to get that girl to come do her job. He deserves a good evaluation but that girl ignored doing her job. Expect to wait a long time for your toys and candy with that girl working.

First time since a child visiting the infamous Chuck E Cheese, today we were celebrating birthday for my 6 year old son. Awesome time for both sons especially my 3 year old. All staff were friendly and nice and would like to give a special shout out to Christian with the glasses, mostly working front desk. Super understanding, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday memorable. Thank You—We will back very soon!

I wanted to give a better review, but what happened made me have to give a one star review. We went for a birthday party and the check in and checkout line are mingled together making the whole system confusing for the people they have working. However, when we went to leave the check in and checkout girls were just giggling and looking their phone while we just walked out with our three kids and two other adults who weren’t our kids parents. They didn’t even look up. We had to tell them we’re leaving and you need to check us out. If you want to go somewhere you can let your kid have a little freedom without having to make sure they aren’t going to be taken by someone, don’t come here. When we told the manager about it she seemed like it wasn’t a big deal, and the girls acted like we were a bother for telling them they need to do their job.

Their child check out is a joke… our family with 3 children and a couple of other families just walked right past the girls whose job it was to make sure the children left with the right families. They were looking at their phones and giggling with each other while we walked right by them through the gate. I even said “hey just so you know we’re leaving with our children and you aren’t even checking to make sure our stamps match.” They just said “oh” and proceeded to talk to each other, not bothered at all. So un-safe!

The manager Diana was so rude for an error her employee made. Allowed me to pay for a service my kids couldn’t utilize all because her employee failed to measure my kids height at the register (which he apologized for) however, Diana acted like it was a huge inconvenience to refund me as she rudely handled me rolling her eyes and shaking her head to inform me they have to cancel out my entire $150 charge and then recharge me the adjusted price of $112 and the refund was not immediate making this trip out pretty expensive for me until I’m refunded in a few days.

Management is horrible and refused to give is a refund after not giving us are wings we waited 30 minutes they gave us the wrong wings and then they messed it up another time
