One of the worst experiences I have had at a fast food place. Showed up at 5pm and was only one in lobby. Ordered a 16 mixed family meal. I was in a hurry and did not check my order.
- our family fry was a child's bag size - our mixed chicken was all dark - the mashed potatoes was basically all gravy - the mac and cheese had no lid on and went all over the bag - no biscuits at all. Was supposed to be 8
A terrible experience NOT worth the time money.

They appeared to be short staffed, the young man was working front counter and drive thru, he couldn't do it all I waited about ten minutes in line, people were coming in there was a order or two before me that he hadn't handed out so I left and went to Popeyes around the corner no wait good customer service and I was visiting from out of town

We were missing our large Mashed Potatoes from our meal. Had to drive back since Church's number was not a working phone number. Big inconvenience and waste of gas money for mashed potatoes we were supposed to have with our meal. Most places will throw in a pastry to apologize for the inconvenience. Church's asked if I still had the food. Very disappointing.
