Cici’s Pizza is the only place where I walk in intending to have “just a slice” and walk out wondering if I need to repent. The pizza is chaotic in the best way, the dessert pizza is basically a warm hug and the buffet turn everyone into a competitive athletes. I regret nothing.

The guy making pizzas keeps adding time on the pepperoni to burn it so nobody takes it. Watching perfect pizza after perfect pizza roll out the door to have to ask for a pepperoni for him to burn another one. Highly hate this place now

The only thing is that they charge whether you eat or not. Kids love going g there but im diabetic, they charged me to inside. I wasn't going to donot but the kids had it set in their mind thwy wanted Cicis. While I understand, that some people are criminal minded and go in to steal and only pay for 1. I told them I could prove i couldn't eat there. NO! They said No

Old, dry, rock hard pizzas will remain on the serving counter for hours, untill some one has the courage to put them on their plate. This place never fails to disappoint. I don't think management realizes that variety and freshness will keep people coming back. I always have to drive to Pasadena to the location on Spencer in order to have good CiCi's pizza.

Update 2025: Avoid. The buffet offerings are now insultingly cold, dry, old, and unappetizing. Staff look a little too similar to people that just got out of the pen. Kind of scary. Which would be fine if they were professional or friendly. No. Cold eyed prison stare is the only facial expression. Never asked if we wanted anything on the buffet. And the immediate reason for my update: possible public health hazzard. Two visits in two months, two horrible cases of diarrhea immediately following the meal. Vile and miserable. And possibly dangerous. Cici's was never supposed to be anything but fast food, but this doesn't even meet that standard.

I had the buffet. Its not a horrific experience but its lackluster. The pizza is just ok. It was inoffensive, but was kind of lacking in flavor and had almost no sauce. The desserts are a bit of a mess. The chocolate frosted bread was ok. Fried bread is generally good, but the frosting had a very, very light flavor, almost like pudding. Not to mention that the bread was definitely not frosted well and none of them had the powdered sugar on top like the advertisements. The cinnamon rolls were the worst offender. They were spongy, soaked, cinnamon flavoured, and nondescriptly sweet. The frosting or glaze was completely absent visually, probably so thin or watery that it soaked into the spongy bread. I didn't see any sign of the usual brown sugar cinnamon filling between the rolls of the bread either. Also, the whole tray of rolls seemed baked together. If you picked up one it unraveled and took half the tray with it.
I didnt try the brownies. Didnt find anything wrong with the service or cleanliness. The game room doesnt have much. Mainly claw machines.
Overall 2/5. Its rough, but i could maybe see someone coming here once in a while. I'm afraid I won't be back though.

Place was Dirty Gnats were flying around everywhere all over the food. Pizza was okay But the dessert section only had two things. And also the place smelled bad too.
They need to do better. i came here 5 years ago, and it changed a lot. They need to clean and make the food better. It's not full for them, not make it better. Good service I can't complain at that.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was not great though. The best thing I ate was the cheesy bread. They also didn't have any parmesan cheese. My daughter was sad they didn't have brownies anymore. I probably will not be returning to this location.

Considering the type of place it is, they stay pretty consientan, I go for the BBQ pizza, I would love it if the salad was a bit fresher and environment a bit cleaner.
