This place needs new management or something. The front desk guy doesn't answer questions, doesn't greet just not welcome8ng at all . They don't have cheese at the salad bar I guess they think people will steal it. The soda machine was down , didn't say anything when we came in and the air was out . AGAIN DIDNT SAY ANYTHING WHEN WE CAME IN. the workers were working but the guy that runs the front !! Just terrible . Clean up a lil

I wish my kids didn’t love Cici’s so much. This place always makes me feel like I need a shower after. It needs some TLC. The ceiling is falling down, the vents have years worth of dust on them. It just overall feels unclean and unkempt.
The food is decent but the environment is so grody I wish I had paid $35 to just get pizza to go.

Decided to check this place out since it had been so long. To see what one of my favorite pizza places growing up has fallen to was a shame.
Absolutely filthy dining area. Not a clean or wiped down table in the entire place. Floors were horrendous with spills and filth. Wet floor signs set up all over the place just to cover their butt's in case of inspection.
When I tell you no air conditioning, I literally mean store bought garage fans with a swamp fan set up when you walk in. Even women had sweat on their foreheads.
The food was barely edible. I am amazed i even stayed and ate. I will simply never return and will never consider going to another Cici's.
I am amazed that in 2024 a place could be allowed to serve food to the public in this condition. This was not a "do better" situation. This was a "close your doors, You have failed, situation."
Free food is served with more care than I was just charged to eat here.

It was hot no air conditioner. Then i had coupon but realized they overcharged me after lucky they gave me the difference back. Pizza is mid. They dont have much selection like they used to on the buffet, they used to have thick pan and now they dont and i dont wanna order a whole one. Also was gonna use restroom but one was locked the other stall was full of toliet paper in the toliet bowl
