To explai my rating, we've frequented this Cicis for many years, since they opened. We brought our kids here, now our grandkids. More recent visits unfortunately have not been as enjoyable. The pizza is good. I eat a lot of salad, this visit the lettuce was quite wilted/soft and the green olives were bad, as in that rotting vegetable taste. Overall the dining area is old and worn, in need of a refresh in my opinion. That said, grandkids loved it!

I will not be returning after my first time trying this location. The place was absolutely filthy. There was dirty plates and food all over the floor and tables. The pizza was luke warm at BEST and very stiff. Workers just stood there looking at customers when they could’ve helped at least clean the location up a little. There was also containers filled with solution with eating utensils just sitting in them where the trash cans are. It made my partner and I very uncomfortable and queasy. I do not recommend this location.

Cici’s Pizza is the only place where I walk in intending to have “just a slice” and walk out wondering if I need to repent. The pizza is chaotic in the best way, the dessert pizza is basically a warm hug and the buffet turn everyone into a competitive athletes. I regret nothing.

The guy making pizzas keeps adding time on the pepperoni to burn it so nobody takes it. Watching perfect pizza after perfect pizza roll out the door to have to ask for a pepperoni for him to burn another one. Highly hate this place now
The only thing is that they charge whether you eat or not. Kids love going g there but im diabetic, they charged me to inside. I wasn't going to donot but the kids had it set in their mind thwy wanted Cicis. While I understand, that some people are criminal minded and go in to steal and only pay for 1. I told them I could prove i couldn't eat there. NO! They said No

Old, dry, rock hard pizzas will remain on the serving counter for hours, untill some one has the courage to put them on their plate. This place never fails to disappoint. I don't think management realizes that variety and freshness will keep people coming back. I always have to drive to Pasadena to the location on Spencer in order to have good CiCi's pizza.

Update 2025: Avoid. The buffet offerings are now insultingly cold, dry, old, and unappetizing. Staff look a little too similar to people that just got out of the pen. Kind of scary. Which would be fine if they were professional or friendly. No. Cold eyed prison stare is the only facial expression. Never asked if we wanted anything on the buffet. And the immediate reason for my update: possible public health hazzard. Two visits in two months, two horrible cases of diarrhea immediately following the meal. Vile and miserable. And possibly dangerous. Cici's was never supposed to be anything but fast food, but this doesn't even meet that standard.
