I discovered this place through TikTok and was delighted to learn it was located nearby. I chose to visit on Valentine's Day and was very pleased with my decision. I received a warm welcome and assistance, and was informed about the various cinnamon roll options, as it was my first visit. I ultimately ordered the Very Berry Cinnamon Roll and the Lemon Berry Coffee Cake. Both items were soooo delicious, and I anticipate becoming a returning customer. See you guys again soon! 🫶🏽

Very cute little bakery because they have much more than just cinnamon rolls!!! Very creative concept and delicious!!! I was worried thr icing would be to sweet but surprisingly it's was so light and airy more like a good buttercream!!! We didn't even REALIZE that it was A VEGAN BAKERY!!! So I had to leave a review.

First time trying Cinnaholic and it was awesome. Richard had great customer service and made the experience easy. I ordered the Banana Bread roll and the S’mores roll—both were fresh, warm, and really flavorful. Highly recommend!

This is the only cinnamon roll place that I will buy from. Always fresh. It being vegan makes it so much more enjoyable. I moved out of state and still make sure I make a stop everytime I’m back in pearland TX. My go to is the Banana foster. 10/10

This place is dangerously delicious. I went to get a cinnamon roll for my niece and it truly smells delicious. The girl behind the counter was nice and packed my purchase really nicely. Ambience was pretty quiet and relaxed when I went. I did not want anything for myself, but somehow ended up with a blueberry coffee cake...I regret nothing. Enjoy!

I want to start by saying this is a VEGAN bakery. I’ve noticed the reviews tend to neglect that. While I’m not vegan, I’ve had a dairy allergy (not lactose intolerant) my whole life. It has always been very difficult to find dessert that is actually GOOD, let alone something where there are more than just the regular flavor options and customizable. Or someone in your life has a dairy allergy or is trying to avoid dairy. Of course it’s not going to taste “just like dairy” but it is still delicious! Not just the cinnamon rolls but their other treats too! I highly recommend the lemon blueberry loaf and the cinnadoodle cookie. I love that cookie so much I always add it as a topping on my cinnamon rolls. Tonight I had the seasonal pumpkin roll, EXCELLENT! Highly recommend. Not sure why this is rated so highly. I’m a cinnamon roll addict, ok. I’ve always baked mine at home or go to Cinnabon. I’ve been here about 3 times and their cinnamon rolls are always extremely disappointing. The dough is hard, almost biscuit like, it’s not fluffy and soft like a how a cinnamon roll should be, their frostings are bland and not flavorful at all and it’s not creamy, it’s almost hard and crumbly. Definitely my last chance giving this place a try.

I travel the world eating.
This place was disappointing for the food. I had a plain cinnamon roll because I like to see what it tastes like without all the fluff. This kinda reminded me of those refrigerated cinnamon rolls we ate as a kid cause my mom didn’t know how to make them. If you loved them then you would love this. To me it was not good. I actually didn’t finish it. It was not good. At all..

I make a better one than this.
But the ambiance and service was good so I am leaving two stars. Don’t waste your money on the food. Not worth it.
