there was hair in my ice cream. i’m not sure why nets are not worn. i couldn’t even finish my ice cream :( had to throw it away. what a waste of time and money.

Phillip and his team went out of their way to make the ice cream cake my daughter wanted. They even order the pan size they needed just for our order. On top of that, it was delicious! Thank you for going the extra mile!

I went in to buy my family and I ice cream this evening. I noticed for my signature it looked like I just ordered regular ice cream. I asked nicely for it to be remade and a big girl named Jocelyn was so rude about it. She was trying to show off and be snarky about wanted it to be remade. She refused to do so and continued being rude. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service. I ended up have to call a manager to have it remade for me. Jocelyn is highly unprofessional and nasty spirited. She should be fired.

Employees were very uninviting and rude. The tone and attitude was insane. My ice cream was super melted to the point where I could drink out the cup. Looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the menus. Just a puddle of ice cream, very disappointing. I would’ve asked for a refund but that would mean interacting more with unfriendly rude workers. Plus if it took so long to get my two shakes and ice cream, imagine how long for a simple refund. EXTREMELY NEGATIVE VIBES. The workers were also talking bad about the customers in front of us in line after they left. So unprofessional.

Customer service was questionable and the reviews confirmed my exact thoughts. The customer service was subpar and the owner was hesitant to serve me. So, he exchanged some words with the student worker and went to the back. I'm going to return to my try and true Marble Slab.

I will start off by saying that cold stone is my favorite ice cream place to go. Unfortunately, the low review is a result of the amount of times I have gone there for a milkshake and they are OUT OF MILK! Like more times than I can count on my finger. Every time I go there now and they don’t have my order I just walk out and refuse to give my business to a chain that cannot keep a simple ingredient in stock.

Tried the boo batter ?

I’m disappointed because this was my first time trying cold stone. I ordered the Cake batter ice cream and received a coffee flavored and strawberry flavored ice cream. Granted I did order it in door dash but they would tell me that’s the stores doing. It’s cool I got two things of ice cream but it wasn’t the flavor I ordered.

Dietary restrictions: No Gluten. No wheat. What was difficult to determine if there was wheat in one of the ice creams. So I just did not select that one

Couldn’t even make it to my car before pulling my phone out to write a review! What kind people they have working there. Came in super later unintentionally but I was so close to one and haven’t been in years. Got in 3 minutes before close along with 2 other groups and the team was SO KIND AND SWEET! Thank you for uplifting my spirits with such positive energy.
