While eating there for breakfast, a roach ran along the wall. I had read reviews about the roaches but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Nope! They disappointed by having a pest problem. Didn't finish my food. Nasty!!

After a morning at the eye doctor heading back south of H-Town, we decided to stop for brunch. Saw this place, was on the way, and we hadn't tried it. So why not. I will say the pace is a bit unassuming outside, but I'm here for vittles and they best be good. Start with a cup of coffee. Coffee's ok - not the best I've had but still good. Hmmmm sausage and gravy - let's see if they have tolerable biscuits. Well, not just tolerable but darn good. Yes, that's what makes the meal! Also had eggs over medium. Done a bit less than I prefer but perfect for my wife - both of us ordering it over medium. She likes em runnier. Bacon was cooked just right - bit of crunch but not overly crunchy. Definitely a place we'd like to visit again when in the area!

This is one of the best local places to go for breakfast, brunch, or lunch here in Pearland, hands down! Not only is it owned and operated by a really lovely family, but the food is delicious ?.I used to go to eat at the more commercial locations, such as IHOP, Another Broken Egg, etc, none of those places even come close to the kind of meal or service you will receive at Country Place Cafe; also the atmosphere is super nice and homey, and the two ladies working there are super friendly and attentive to their customer's needs.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal with a side of Southern comfort, I will for sure be coming back again! ? 10/10

Terrible experience. Can’t comment on the food because we walked out after being ignored for at least 10 minutes. Nobody greeted us, we eventually seated ourselves after being ignored forever, the “server” just placed the menus on the table & walked off without saying a word. It was also hot in there & there was a bad smell. Never again.

Great little hole in the wall cafe butt staff and food are great. We will continue to go have our sunday brunches here.
Maybe if you dine in it is a good experience because the people that work there are nice. However ordering to go is another thing. You will have missing items, over cooked burgers, coffee with no sugar or cream, no utensils to eat your food with, and mediocre service. Been going there for years and nothing has changed. Today was the last time.
