Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Came in with a party of six and were seated immediately. Kaydeon was our waitress and she was amazing very attentive and friendly. The food came out perfectly with no mistakes at all. The manager on duty was also great and made us feel very welcome. Overall, an excellent experience!

Lifetime CB patron. Most recent visit was terrible. 1. Music too loud!, can hardly have a conversation across the table, 2. 15 minute wait to have order taken on Friday morning, with almost no customers (training issue), 3. horribly burnt coffee (it used to be so good!) and empty cups for 15 minutes at a time, 4. where's the golf tee game to pass the time???? Very disappointed and won't be making this trip anytime soon (45 minute drive to the nearest CB).

My daughter and I were real sick after eating breakfast there. The scrambled eggs were not thoroughly cooked. We ate some of them, but didn’t finish them. The service was not the best either. We will never go back.

I ordered two of the campfire meals one beef one chicken waitress told me it would be an hour before the beef was done so I walked around in the store after an hour I inquiries about my order and was told by waitress it would be another hour because it was just placed in the oven to cook ask for manager why it was taking so long he preceded to tell me the waitress doesn't know what she is talking about. It took another 15 minutes to receive my order. When I got home I opened my food and found the vegetables in my order wasn't completely cooked had to microwave them in order for me to eat them. Potatoes and carrots weren't completely cooked. So disappointed in the service I received.

The waiter and service was great, when i went to check out i see the Dubai chocolate, the price that it sits over say $5 no where does it have the price that they charged which was $17 a bar.

I ordered three meals to go. The fried fish was cut very thin and fried too hard to the point it was inedible. The seasoned rice was hard and not full cooked. It could not be digested. The other sides were smaller than most kids meals. I would skip this restaurant. It's a waste of your money, and not healthy for the gut. Additionally, I waited extra time for my food. You will always experience long wait times at this location.

We were not there to eat only to shop for Halloween items and other things. I love the shops there are so many fun things to look at and purchase especially the Halloween section. Everyone was nice and friendly

I had made the mistake of ordering the new Campfire Chicken, it was served to me horribly here at this location! It was served to me in tinfoil all I saw when opening it was an inch or more fat chicken grease , I had to search hard for the four carrots that was with it and it was missing the red potatoes, when I addressed this issue my waitress offered me a free side saying they were out of the red potatoes so I ordered chicken dumpling which was also a big disappointment because they served me just super salt dumplings with no chicken. My father in law ordered corn bread and didn’t receive it until he was done with his food which he also had to wait to eat because he was missing some silverware and it took a ridiculous amount of time for them to bring it to him so his food got cold. I can honestly say this was the most worst Cracker Barrel that I’ve ever been to in my entire life.
