Had the catfish po’ boy with seasoned fries and it was phenomenal. The catfish was cooked perfectly! Owners were also lovely people.
Absolutely the best resident event caterer out there!!!! Amazing pricing, customer service is amazing. Will have them back monthly!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Got the alligator po-boy/ with the Crawfish egg rolls 👏🏾 10/10!!!!
Traditional PoBoy! Got the Cajun Roast Beef on the recommendation of the owner. It was fantastic! Good food. Kind family! Highly recommended.
Wow! That’s the best damn poboy I’ve had in 20 years!! I got the shrimp poboy (no tomatoes) and those are the freshest shrimp I’ve gotten from a restaurant in a loooong time. The batter is home made, I’m pretty sure. For the price, the quality is there. I had a few shrimp that wouldn’t even stay in the sandwich, so I have a few to snack on later.
Y’all, this is the fastest I’ve ever breathed down an entire sandwich. This is good stuff. You gotta try it. This is how it’s supposed to be done.
And thank you to the cooks too, very fast service and checkout.
Super friendly and professional. Met them at an event in Clear Lake. 10/10. Baton Rouge and South Park, great combination ?
Wonderful people and a wonderful trailer. It’s expensive. In fact, I would say the fries are too expensive for what you get. That being said, the sandwich is absolutely worth the money. Crispy, fresh, delicious, and they don’t skimp on the good stuff. I won’t get the fries again, but if I’m ever around again, I’ll absolutely stop for a po’boy.
Their shrimp po’boy is the best I’ve had! Tastes like it comes straight from your mama’s kitchen. Bread was perfect, shrimp were large and perfectly seasoned/cooked. AMAZING.

Really nice people and really good food. The sausage po boy was quite good. I would get it again. Hope to see more of them!

Great roast beef po-boy.
The shrimp po-boy is legit delicious. It's pricy but gosh, it's soooo good. You won't regret supporting this small business.
It was great to have a taste of home at OTC. They are representing Louisiana right. Great people and food.
