First time there. Love the food, place is clean and smells like good spice in the air. The jurk chicken is delicious and I will send my friends.

D’Caribbean - taste of Trinidad !! We indulged in the flavorful Oxtails with rice and beans, a combo of oxtail and jerk chicken, two kids meals and even took a beef patty to go. The generous portions and authentic Trinidadian flavors made this our new go-to spot for Caribbean food!!We were looking for taste from NY/ NJ and this spot satisfied our craving.

Tried this place for the first time today. Owner was great and the food was amazing. Authentic carribean food and you get large survings which makes the price extremely reasonable. I will be back for sure!

Simply incredible food. Friendly staff. One of Houston’s hidden gems.

Their doubles are great. The roti could use more flavor. The entree of kids brown stew had lettuce as a side instead of cabbage.
This is a casual/pickup type restaurant. The food outshines everything. The owner and his wife cook everything to perfection. I’d recommend this to anyone. Solid solid!
Such a delicious spot, you won’t be disappointed! Husband and wife duo work so hard and have the biggest smile every time we see them. Locally owned with high quality food, everything on the menu is great.

Yes its Me
I ordered curried goat roti with 2 doubles one regular one spice and the only thing I enjoyed was the spicy double. The goat had no flavor , the regular double had very little flavor, the spicy only had flavor because it was “spicy”. The customer service was good they were friendly but the food was disappointing.

If I could give zero stars i would. I ordered the large oxtail and large shrimp curry along with roti and sorrel. I spent $61. This food was utterly disgusting. There wasn’t a lick of flavor, the shrimp was overly cooked (dry, dry, dry), the rice and peas were very mushy, the oxtail lacked flavor of any sorts, the plantains were (flavor cannot even be described but nasty) and the sorrel was just ok. I contacted the business to inform them of this and ended up in a back and forth banter over most people not knowing how Caribbean food should tasted (LOL). I requested a refund and even offered to bring back both full plates to show exactly how inedible everything was. I was informed that they do not do refunds and I would need to speak to the “Big Boss” on Monday.I will never, ever, ever visit this place again or recommend it to ANYONE. I’m a sucker for good customer service and even tho the food was disgusting, if the rep would have handled my call a lot better, I would have been a little at ease. Instead I was met with a back and forth argument on Caribbean food.I won’t be back. Waste ya money here if you want to.
