Food was good. Had a double cheeseburger that was well cooked and prepared. My buddy had the steak finger basket. Tried a steak finger. For some reason I remember them being better back in the day. Tasted a little plain and the breading was gritty. Service was fast and friendly. The counter person let me take my time when reviewing the menu. Atmosphere was a little bland. They could definitely use a remodel to brighten up the place. Overall is was nice for a quick bite in the middle of my long shift. Would recommend if your looking for something quick and little different than the usual McDonald's or Burger King. Next time I'll definitely have to add a blizzard to my order. DQ's ice cream is always on par. Just a little early in the day for me to get some ice cream. Im super full after that double cheeseburger. Size was comparable to that of Whataburger. Would recommend there burgers.

The cooked was bothered because I disturbed her while she was sitting in the lobby area. The cashier or manager was dry taking my order. I love 5 min from this location I got home and all burgers were cold. I probably won't be back to this location.

Today I went there and my drink had black stuff floating around it. Once I told the person in drive thru, he had the worse attitude. I then just asked for water and it tasted like tap water. Never coming back here again.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket. I got 3 pieces of pinky sized chicken and a few fries. Not impressed. In the 90s dairy queen could have been the southeast in-&-out. Now, I can get a better chicken strip at Walmart.

I waited a 15 minutes for my food only to have someone come and tell me I could not eat there because they were closing. I arrived an hour before closing. I asked for a refund and they said I should just take the food to go.

Update…. I get this generic report to “give them another chance” after the owner orders the police to give me a trespassing warning even though I was the one who called them because the cashier went outside and put bags of food on top of my car. The audacity!

On August 13th, 2025: It was my first time at Dairy Queen, my uncle and I ordered a chicken basket and two blizzards. We were given food and we started eating. We were still missing both blizzards. The person that took our order (Hispanic, in his 40-60s, around 5’4) started raising his voice, accusing us of stealing. It was then that we noticed that we were given the wrong order. I tried telling him we paid for the food and we did not steal and the food was given to us by one of the staff. He asked us for the receipt and my uncle informed him we were not given one. He came back with the receipt, ripped the receipt in front of us, and still called us thieves and threw our food away. He continue to be irate , he went and grabbed two blizzards that were poorly made. Aggressively sat them on our table and said we had two minutes to get out. My uncle tried explaining to him that we didn’t realize we had the wrong order and he continue to say that we were thieves. He immediately told us to get out and started swearing, calling us swear words. We left and walked to our vehicle, to which the staff started following us, harassing us, and yelling at us. My uncle tried talking to him again, he cowered down and wouldn’t listen and kept cussing. He said he wasn’t talking to us anymore and acted like he was on the phone and kept insulting us. At that point there was no reasoning with him and we left. It seemed that this individual is troubled and he could benefit from anger management and therapy. I never experienced anything like this before in my life, this was my first time eating in Dairy Queen and had no idea how the combo baskets were gonna look like. I don’t see how the customers are at fault if they’re given the wrong order and it’s completely unprofessional how the staff handled this situation. I simply urge that a manager should look into how the staff are treating the customers. A truly terrible experience, I suffer from a mental illness and being harassed and humiliated in public by a Dairy Queen employee caused me to stay indoors for weeks. Dairy Queen still has not responded to my complaint and I’m still waiting on their response.

Awful service. The staff in this Dairy Queen always give you the wrong order and don’t take accountability for it. Food is also poorly managed and the person who took my order was very aggressive. Never going to this establishment again. I believe the person who runs this establishment should see how the staff treat the customers and to each other.

Was just there. I know it’s close to closing but they refused to take our order. We simply wanted a sundae with M&Ms on it and they stated it was against their policy to add anything.
